Looks like a legit leap. He's never done anything like this before.

15-16: 14.8mpg, 17.8usg%, -0.4bpm, -0.9rpm

He's always been just pretty bad, with the one horrific year in '18 in between.

But this year he's been legit good across the board and is approaching quality starter territory now.

Didn’t catch the game today but just finished reading this PG thread. Cant believe we got blown out by the Hawks. No excuse. McCaw sounds like he was a -25. Why is he playing. Horrible that we lose to a team like the Hawks!

Thank God I come here for some accurate perspective on these games cause when I read about the team in the media, it sounds like we’re actually having a good season.

McCaw feel over twice in the backcourt and turned it over both times. 1 of those times no one was near him.
The Hawks turned us over like 5 times in a row in the last 5 min. It was bad.

Funny that you say that because the Atlanta announcers were tripping over themselves in saying how badly we played in the 4th and how lucky we were to avoid a truly embarrassing loss.

Raptors played like trash for 3 quarters and then almost blew a 21 point lead with 4 minutes left in the 4th quarter against the worst team in the NBA....lets not act like it was a perfect win and there's no reason to be complaining.

The only positive in this game was Norman Powell

McCaw only turned the ball over once. He also had 3 steals - 2 of which were in the 4th. His defence on Trae wasn't very good, but look at all of the god awful calls he was getting to put him on the line. At least twice in the 4th, Trae leaned back into McCaw and ended up being awarded FTs. That definitely played a part in McCaw (and the team) being less aggressive on Trae and giving him a lane to the basket late in the game.
