The box score didnt have anything to do with my point about Masai needing to step in. You’re combining 2 separate points

You cited Fred's assist to turnover ratio in tonight's game.

Yes I did. And I made the comment about Masai stepping in as a response to 720’s post regarding an entirely different point of the egos on the team and how it affects Scotties role. Wasn’t talking about Fred’s trash assist to turnover ratio tonight at that point

What does that have to do with his post addressing my point? They’re two different posts.

Move Freddy to SG with part time PG duties. Yeah he’s undersized but he’s bullish enough to guard bigger players. We still need his poise in the clutch.

Also its nice getting a win after a tough stretch and seeing our best player (Siakam) have a good game. Enjoy the win, F TwO and have a good night.

im not suggesting anyone be moved this season, or next month but options need to be explored for sure...I think by end of December, there will be a clear difference in the the overall teams records that will be reflected in the overall standings...then teams will start to shake things up...

we can't really do that without a player ready to assume that primary ballhandler role. And I don't see that player on the roster right now.

You said Trashvleet fanboys always cite statistics. In this case....it was a fred critic citing a statistic.

So are the statistics relevant or not?

Pretty sure he only brought up assist to turnover ratio because you wrongly said Fred had a better assist to turnover ratio than Lowry. I don’t think he actually cares about the stat regarding the post he mentioned Masai needing to step in.

Well you're wrong. Just go read the thread. He cited tonight's box score to support the claim that fred was not a good point guard.

The mental gymnastics going on this thread is hilarious. If box score stats are so unimportant, don't continually cite FVV's turnovers and/or shooting percentages when he has a bad night every 4 or 5 games. Not only that, there are very few "trashvleet" fanboys (side note: how childish do you have to be to resort to name-calling anyone let alone a player on your "favourite" team and other fans of the same twan? lol) that point to box score stats as the reason why FVV is so good.

Gotta hand it to him. Fred's really doing a great job of making Scottie look bad. Passes him the ball when he's not looking. Puts him in bad positions. Doesn't pass when he has a clear layup, good matchup. You can call it a "chemistry" issue if you want but theres clearly an issue going on here.

And yeah. Its the Kings... I wanna see Pascal do this against the Jazz or something. A good team that cares about scouting reports and player tendencies.

On a side note Luke Walton's the worst coach in the NBA. What a mess. Kings have tons of talent but no direction.

He has somehow managed to render Marvin Bagley III useless.

Nice to see Siakam have a nice rebound game. He really set the tone early.

GTJ is very very very very good.

Really liked Precious' game. Put up 6/5/2 with very good defense and he kept it simple offensively, he didn't force it. He plays like this most nights, we got a player.

Despite the scoring, I thought Barnes had one of his better all around games of the year.
