Pacers would need to add pretty significant value to get OG

They should add their 2022 pick unprotected

"The Score" was the first source to leak that we had worked out Suggs, that was right after the season ended for us (during playoffs). However it was only on their US sight. I'm not sure how accurate that makes Fischer or not. He just might have picked up on that info and ran with it.

This already sounds very different.

So the Raptors asked the Pacers what they want for Turner and they said Anunoby, so that's not happening and now they either end talks or they lower their asking price to a first round pick.

Yeah I had some conversations with some sports agents from a pretty big agency awhile back and one of the things they relayed to me was that Indiana definitely leaks information to the media (and that some players don’t like it). So it wouldn’t surprise me if they leaked this.
not strong, only aggresive cuz the power ain't directed/ that's why, we are subjected to the will of the oppressive

Siakam and Fred are 28 and want to compete now. If we plan on keeping them then you’re saying you want to compete. It would make sense to bring in some help as we currently don’t have a legit center or any bench depth.

No point in worrying about first round picks around the 12-20 range as pascal and Fred aren’t getting any younger and need help now.

Masai wouldn't even give up OG for Kawhi, Pacers think they can get OG for Turner?

That said, if Pacers really want OG, I am willing to listen to see what they can offer, but it will be way more than just Turner

"Discussed" could mean a lot of things with a wide variety of implications. Lol.
The Pacers asked for OG, Masai said no.

"Discussed"

If OG was on the table, trade would already be done.

Are they giving us unprotected 22 FRP?

I mean, if the Pacers wanted OG that's fine...but they better be backing up the Brinks truck loaded with picks. Turner is massively insufficient return.

lol yep.
OG is available, but you better be coming with an all-NBA player type, ie Towns. OG on his contract is worth more than most non-superstar guys in the league.

Non superstar bigs who already make big money just aren't that valuable on the trade market.

If Turner is traded, it will be for something like mid-late 1st, B prospect, filler contract.

Pacers are trying to pull a Morey and inflate the value of their players through the media.

Laker's should be all over a package of THT and Nunn for Turner.
Everybody is losing their freaking minds. Nutbars and wingnuts have infested this forum. We've become a public lavatory without cleaning staff.

Hah, Ainge preferred the trade exemption from the Hornets, which eventually allowed him to rent Fournier for a few months. Brilliant! Time Lord will probably be better than Turner, but I would have said the Celtics window is now.

Yeah, Indiana fans have long considered OG the guy got away (in favour of TJ Leaf  ). Best way to get them back buzzing about in the team, along with setting a level for the expected return for Turner, is to name drop the homeboy.

I would be very interested in their 2022 draft pick.

I can't think of any deal with Indiana for OG that I'd accept short of them including their pick.

I still would rather trade Siakam for a superstar than OG. I think OG can adapt better to different players around him and we really should not trade him at all unless we get Tatum in return.

In other words, Pacers asked for OG and we said No. Now they are floating that OG got talked about in order to increase Turner's value for the purposes of trade discussions with other teams. It's pretty funny watching some of these teams operate.

Nobody is paying multiple first round picks for Turner. They're clearly trying to drive up his value.
