dude, nothing is free. wise up. It's all part of the package. They've given great "gifts" every year and this year the gift is very random. Two years ago it was a signed bosh jersey and now it's a bbq cover. it's like getting a crappy christmas present from your normally generous rich uncle. The choice is bewildering.

Nobody wears watches anymore?

I am not sure I agree with that...but I do understand why nobody over the age of 16 would wear a "Raptors watch with a silver claw ont he face"....

does it look like this?

If so, i've been looking for one like this for a while. CC, if it's wasting away in your sock drawer collecting dust, i'd definitely be interested in taking it off your hands.

I still wear watches... i guess i'm a nobody" :P

I have one of these wasting away in a drawer and you're welcome to it. Contact me and we can make arrangements. No charge if you will use it. It has never been worn.
before there was hiphop, bling bling or Nike there was basketball...long live hoops.

Is it poor material? Or plastic face? Stainless Steel band?

It looks good from that pic, but I'm wondering if if "feels" cheap so u never wore it. Or is it just that you have a better watch :P

man some of you guys must be balling making 50+ . As a student I could never get season tickets like some of you guys. I have been to raptors games in sprite zone and had a good time. Unfortunately some of us are still not in a position to afford season tickets. I might be able to attend 10 games but thats the max I could afford right now. On that note cant wait for the season to start.

of course balling is making 100+ but when your are a student with little money and close to being broke... 50+ is balling.

Its like the analogy a person walking to work on foot envies the guy who takes bicycle to work and that guy envies the guy who takes motor cycle to work and that guys envies the guy who takes car to work and that guy envies the guy whos driven to work in a limo.

My point is, you paid for tickets and you got them....so what's the problem? Just because you didn't get a stupid watch or a jersey MLSE is doing something wrong? It's not like they're obligated to throw in extra stuff to begin with. Don't get me wrong, they have screwed over fans in this city in more ways than one, but at the same time complaining about a stupid GIFT it just nitpicking. If you don't like it then just give your tickets to someone that will actually appreciate it,
