Bailey performed well but honestly UCLA has next to no interior defense this year so I wouldn’t read into it too much. It is encouraging to see Ace is beginning to diversify his offense a bit more now though rather than constantly taking tough jumpers

All I’m saying is…. Ace Bailey is a superstar name!

Been saying this all year. The trade down is on the table.

Let OKC amalgamate, and lets us take three shots.

Obviously, if Masai loves someone at 3-5 then I'll bet he values his guy more than the shot gun approach.

Knowing the Raptors, the players/coaches will try to build off of today's win, take advantage of the easy schedule and try to go for the play-in :banghead:

Same man.
This thing has to be broken.

Literally ran it 10 times, and drafted 6th like 8 times.
In Masai We Trust :meditate:

The name test is undeniable. Sure, a guy like Giannis Antetokounmpo makes it once in a while, but more often than not the top guys have sick names like Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, Shaquille O’Neal, Wilt Chamberlain, Ace Bailey, LeBron James, Allen Iverson, Vince Carter, and Paul Pierce.

This is a fact! Luka Doncic probably sounds sick AF in Serbia

A whole 2 assists for Ace and he made all his FTs. That's progress

Do you guys believe that Cooper/Barnes is a clear cut better duo than Harper/Barnes?

With the way Cooper looks recently? Yes
Probably take them awhile to figure things out offensively but you can gurantee they'd be giving the other teams hell on defense

Cooper is and has always been better, but Scottie still needs a real #1 scorer to compliment him. I think Cooper is going to be a better scorer than Scottie, but not a go-to guy on a contender. Almost like KG was for his career. Absolutely amazing player, but was never the guy to go get you a bucket. He needed Paul Pierce to get him over the hump.

KG needed any help he could get. Even a post-prime Sam Cassell was enough to get his team to the WCF before injury.

Go back and look at the game tape. KG was double or triple-teamed every time in the post. Was the only player in the league who faced constant triple teams aside from Shaq.

Look at each of KG's teammates in Minny, all statistically ranked below the teammates of his peers and a large chunk of them retired around 30-33 years of age.

He was a tier 2 guy on offense, tier 1 guy on defense. Scottie's like a tier 3 guy on O (relative to the league) and tier ~2 guy on D.

You said what I said. You just took much longer to get there.

Cassell is like a #3 and KG was pretty successful with him. He could have probably done it with a bunch of #3's or another #2. Whereas Scottie definitely needs someone straight up better than him.

That Vecenie game tape analysis of Bailey made me even more unsure of him. Such a weird prospect. Great tools and great shot making ability, but almost no game sense and IQ. It's like if someone practiced making difficult jumpshots since they were a kid, but never played an actual basketball game with other people. He's young though...
