They don't necessarily have a "go-to" player at the wing yet are still the number 1 team in the NBA.
The problem with them is they truly lack a go to player. The Raptors have a lot of shot makers to make up for the lack of superstar power but the Grizzlies don't. This is why it's tough for them in the playoffs. They struggle to close games offensively.
Even though the Grizzlies have more shooting this year, they're still a poor 3PT shooting team. If no one makes shots in the playoffs, teams will clog the lanes and dare them to make jumpers.
The Spurs are a matchup nightmare for them. Mavs are also a tough matchup for them. They can beat anyone else in the west though.
