The problem with them is they truly lack a go to player. The Raptors have a lot of shot makers to make up for the lack of superstar power but the Grizzlies don't. This is why it's tough for them in the playoffs. They struggle to close games offensively.

Even though the Grizzlies have more shooting this year, they're still a poor 3PT shooting team. If no one makes shots in the playoffs, teams will clog the lanes and dare them to make jumpers.

The Spurs are a matchup nightmare for them. Mavs are also a tough matchup for them. They can beat anyone else in the west though.

Anyone else watching this game?? Grizzlies have been owning this game throughout every quarter and then just turned up the heat in the 4th. Relating this back to us, they could be a potential finals match up for us and right now they're just pummeling the Clippers. What are your thoughts, because they look like a much tougher team than they were since they played us. Who would win in a matchup between the Raptors and Grizzlies in the Finals?

If we're really going to talk about finals matchups... Healthy Spurs/Warriors/Grizzlies teams would all win in 4-6 games. Clippers, Mavs, Rockets, and Blazers might depend on who has homecourt, but those 4 teams would still probably win. Pelicans and Kings would be a toss-up. If the Thunder make the playoffs and are healthy you can put them in the Spurs/Warriors/Grizzlies category.
