I was gonna say scottie has some potential to get on that list actually. A bit low on FG% and steals currently.

I need to see a noticeable jump in both PPG and scoring efficiency from Barnes next year.

Honestly....I think it's all about this summer.
Ppl don't want to hear this but raptor media was protecting scotty this year. The rumors and murmurs behind the scenes never fully came out. He's not gonna get the same protection next year. But he's got a chance this summer to adjust his routine. He certainly isn't the first 21 year old player to have some questions around his work ethic and professionalism. But in regards to media coverage, the grace period won't extend into next season.
I thought that after his ejection in that controversial game....his demeanor seemed to have improved/matured. Might be wishful thinking on my part but it seemed like he was a little more centered after that. Again, this summer is very important for him. I'm not even gonna worry too much about his stats early next season. It's gonna be all about his professionalism and approach.
It's also worth noting: none of the rumors paint him as a bad guy or a cancer or whatever. There's alot of young players with THAT extra problem. I think everyone percieves scotty as a good kid. It's a maturity thing....not a personality problem like Morant or whatever.

Agreed, there was a lot of noticable immaturity from him this season on the court and if he's going to move forward he needs to not only improve his skills but also develop more of a killer instinct in every game and a more aggressive offensive approach.
At this stage he needs to show some improvement as that's really all this team has at this point. This is a make or break offseason.

I wouldn't go as far as saying it's a make or break offseason for scotty. But it's a make or break offseason for scotty AS A RAPTOR. That might be what you're saying though.
Lots of players mature 5 or 6 seasons into their career. Ie Kyle Lowry. But if scotty spends the summer playing video games and doesn't work out with the team or team trainers....the vet mumbling going on in the dressing room and raptors media will start going public. After that happens...then ypu gotta worry about him leaving after his rookie contract or trade demands or work-to-rule crap like zion.
In anycase...I disagree that scotty should be off the trade table. If he had a great sophomore season and was showing signs of leadership development than sure. But that hasn't been the case. I wouldn't rule out the option of keeping fred/siakam/poetl and augmenting with the returns you get for scotty/OG. Those 3 guys compliment each other well. You might be able to add an allstar SG to them. Or a whack of draft picks (near future picks, not distant picks).
