Kuminga can be a great player but I think it’ll be difficult for him to reach his potential with the Warriors. Like wiseman, he needs real development reps and playing for a team that wants to win, is gonna be a problem for him

Yeah I don't see how that marriage works. Moody can slip right in there, play off the ball, flash off screens to find open shots. Kuminga is RAW.

Anytime he's faced with a decision on the court more than often he makes a mistake. He's good playing through instinct right now but the game has too many scenarios where you need to make the right decision and he just isn't there yet. The G-League wont help because he will be able to just use his instincts and talent to dominate there. He needs footage and film. Needs reps against pro's and too make mistakes.

Its a rough spot for him there.

Can't teach athleticism but can't teach feel for the game either

gsw really lucked out with their picks imo. i think moody helps sooner rather then later but kuminga looks solid given his age. both are just 18/19 so they got time to grow. wiseman is only 20. Portland might move them for the 3, id certainly risk it if dame wants out.

The Suggs slander is petty. His defense has been very strong (not just the steals), as has his rebounding. They're letting Cole Anthony initiate most sets, so can't even say anything about his PG play. He's also got 10 points.

I was a big fan of Suggs' game pre-draft and nothing has changed.

A solid first half for Suggs. I wanted the Raptors to draft him. He is in Orlando now, and I wish him nothing but the best. We should not root for his failures, now that Barnes is a Raptors instead; like some posters in this thread have done.

I dont think this game should change anyone's opinion on Barnes vs Suggs tbh it's just summer league lmao. The Barnes pick was always a 2-3 years down the line. Suggs probably would've helped mor this year but it's entirely possible this ends up in a Luka/Trae situation where both franchises are happy about the kid they got.

Except that Atlanta would take Luka 10/10 times in a re-draft. There is clearly consensus on who is better there.

Barnes and Suggs both can be good. I just don’t understand why we gotta **** on the guy because we selected Barnes. I liked Barnes’ game a lot considering he was more raw prospect
