Klezia + #5 + 2012 2nd for Gallo + #22
Calderon / Bayless / PG (#22 Josh Shelby, Nolan Smith)
Derozan / Barbosa
Gallo / Johnson / Weems
Amir / Davis
Bargnani / C (FA) / Alabi
- we could throw 6-7 million at C like Jordan.
I like Gallo, but I'm not sure I would prefer him to the upside of a Perry Jones/Barnes (or Irving/Kanter/Valanciunas)... I would do something like this though:
Mozgov+Gallo+Lawson for Bargs+#5. We address two positions of need with good young players. I think Ed and Ty would have some good chemistry together, and DeMar/Danillo would make a lethal scoring combo at the 2/3. Perhaps we could get lucky and land a solid C in free agency, but even if we can't we just need Mozgov to rebound and defend. I'd look to move Jose/Kleiza if at all possible.
Mozgov/Reggie?
Davis/Amir
Gallo/Johnson/Kleiza
DeMar/Barbosa
Lawson//Bayless/Jose
i dont see them trading Lawson though. My point was with the rumor of Barnes going back, Gallo would be the next best SF i would expect it to play out like
1. Irving (CLE)
2. Kanter/Val (MIN)
3. P.Jones/D.Williams/Sullinger (SAC)
4. D.Williams/Sullinger/P.Jones (WAS)
5. (one of the 3 above would be there, doubt its P.Jones. Which would leave Val/Kanter as the other option as BPA IMO)
which is when id pull the trigger and DEN could get a PF like Sullinger/D.Williams. We could get a true SF and grab a PG prospect with #22
maybe instead something like.
To Toronto: Felton + Gallo + Koufos
To Denver: Beno + Klezia + #5
To Sacramento: Calderon
Felton / Bayless / Vet PG
Derozan / Barbosa / Weems
Gallo / J.Johnson
Davis / A.Johnson / Koufos
Bargnani / Center / Alabi
DEN allows Lawson to start, Beno comes off the bench and they solve that potential problem. Add someone like D.Williams/Sullinger to that team
Lawson / Udrih / Smith (#22)
Affalo / Smith
Chandler / Klezia / Forbes
Sullinger / Harrington
Nene / Andersen / Mozgov
