One thing I'm concerned with Miller about, is his high-dribble. He doesn't get low enough

Yeah, that's my concern too. I think Quincy Miller has better handles than Harrison Barnes, but Barnes drives much better and can get his shot off more effectively off of an inside-out dribble or crossover despite having less moves because he gets lower to the floor.
