Life is so much more important than sports, but sometimes all you need is a passion for something meaningless that helps you through horrible times. I'm so appreciative of this team and what they've been able to accomplish, for the reason. Here's hoping they can add a bit of positivity to my day and my father's.

I guess the difference and the point I'm making is its one thing to be oblivious and know othing apout the sport and to gain interest and try to learn apout it and throughly enjoy it because of the moment. It's another to know about its existence for years and thoroughly trash it and see it as inferior and then now suddenly act like you give a ****.

Its not too different from the hard core folks on this forum who were negative and crapping on our team all season long, doubting lowry, nurse, fred, marc even masai and now celebrating with the guys who have been supporting them all season long and believed from the start. The bandwagon has room for everyone.

It's actually a huge difference. I talk to basketball fans all the time that **** on Lowry and I like wtf are you talking about. But ican respect that they're actually basketball fans and regardless of how wrong I think they are, they actually follow the sport and don't **** on it as if it's inferior to hockey. Huuuuuge difference.
