Most people don't want to admit it but people will do anything not to watch the garbage dump season coming up ahead of us without any major moves.

Bro, you gotta offer something to the forum that isn't constant complaining.

Not sure if you're addressing me or Barney but I meant what I said quite literally and wasn't being facetious. I love the hope and the passion most ppl on here have. It's awesome.

I do, you just zero in on the comments that are complaining that are like 5% of my posts because they bother you so much. Tunnel vision etc.

You yourself labelled your goal as being the biggest 'troll' on the board. So no, it's not me zeroing in.

But that implies moving 9 for him and 19. I mean, that would have to happen after we have already landed this supposed "big fish", I guess.

Johnson misses a ton of games due to injury, He's probably up there in terms of games missed over the last 5-6 years. Not sure that is ideal when we will already be holding our breath in the hopes BI stays relatively healthy.

He does fit in terms of the person (high character guy) and need (39% career from 3).

And there will be a ton of really good options still left at 19.

His decision making is honestly horrible.

Why decide to go to Brooklyn with with a malcontent in Kyrie who is limited defensively in 2019?

The dude had the option to go to Boston with a young and upcoming Tatum, Brown, Horford, Smart, Williams etc. and instantly become a bonafide contender.

He even had an option to go back to OKC and join up with Westbrook and prime Paul George.

This was his golden ticket to choose his own destiny and his choice is KYRIE?????????

I wouldn't hate it, but I wouldn't love it either. I guess how we feel would be dependent on the prior moves, and/or follow up moves. I mean, if we miraculously landed Giannis without including #9, then yes I would be all over this trade.

Brooklyn trying to attach Johnson to 19 should tell you alot about the overall value of the 19th pick in this draft.

Nothing wrong with Johnson as a player - other than potentially sharing the IR with Ingram, but we'd have to cough up a similar contract i.e Poeltl/Barrett to even make this work.

If this is part of a grand plan for Giannis or Durant, then sure
