Udrih+Garcia is a lot, but then we are getting their top 5 pick without any longterm cap impact (in fact we save money on Bargs' deal since we can have both off of our cap after two years. We get to double up in the Kyrie sweepstakes (combined 20.7% chance at #1, 22.3% chance at #2, 24% chance at #3--in total, a 67% chance we move into the top 3 with one of the picks), and will walk way with two solid prospects (both guaranteed top 8) in this draft. Picking up two of Kyrie/Knight/Walker/Barnes/P.Jones/Williams/Kanter/Valanciunas/T.Jones to add to a young core of DeMar/Ed/Amir/JJ would be pretty solid imo. I'm not even sure the Kings entertain this, but I'm pretty sure they wouldn't give up the pick to move just one of the contracts and get Bargs.

I guess it's just our team would be so clogged. What about

Jose Calderon for Andre Miller + Armon Johnson

If we pick a PG we waive Miller he's unguaranteed which opens up cap space

Irving / Bayless / Johnson
Derozan / Barbosa
Green / Johnson
Davis / Johnson
Bargnani / C (Klezia trade, Pachulia?) / Alabi

We get a team of Johnsons... ;)

Trade Bargs + Kleiza + Alabi for Tyrus Thomas, Diop + Charlotte 1st rounder
Draft Harrison Barnes and Brandon Knight or Kemba Walker
Sign and trade DeAndre Jordan ($10 mil) for Tyrus Thomas + Jerryd Bayless
Resign Evans, Weems and Dorsey to cheap contracts

Jordan/Diop/Evans
Ed/Amir/Dorsey
Barnes/JJohnson/Weems
DeRozan/Barbosa/Weems
Knight or Walker/Calderon/Barbosa

* Only if Knight/Walker is infact there at #10 which i think he will be baring some huge lottery shakeup. I dont see Utah #6, Det #7, Cle #8 (if they miss Irving i see them taking Walker here)

2 part deal:

To Toronto: Matt Carroll + Edwardo Najera
To Charlotte: Jerryd Bayless + Linas Klezia

To Toronto: Desganan Diop + #9 (Rights to Brandon Knight)
To Charlotte: TE + Conditional 2nd round pick

id rather Knight than Walker but either IMO would be ok with me.

Knight / Calderon
Derozan / Weems / Carroll
Barnes / Johnson / Najera
Davis / Johnson / Diop
Bargnani / Center (Barbosa trade) / Alabi

like that team a lot.

Raps trade
Bargs + Calderon + 1st + Johnson

Wizards trade
Mcgee + Wall

Wall/Bayless
DeRozan/Barbosa
Weems/Wright/Klieza
Davis/Johnson/Evans
McGee/Dorsey/Ajinca

Thats great lineup for the future, Raps could sign FA in for SF or draft one in 2012.

Wall is their franchise, they are absolutely not trading him and McGee for that package.

You do realize that trades have to be beneficial for both teams, right?

Toronto Trades
To PHX: C/PF Andrea Bargnani and C Solomon Alabi

Phoenix Trades
To Tor: C Marcin Gortat and SG/SF Jared Dudley

Reason for Toronto:
Toronto gets two tougher players. Dudly can back up Demar and the SG and Gortat would be a big defensive upgrade at Center. This allows Ed and Amir to be the power forwards beside a center that will help rebound.

- Draft Harrison Barns, a wing player with poise, defence and a shot to complement derozen.
- Resign Reggie at minimum or close to it. He provides leadership the team needs and can be effective in short stints or to back up for injuries to Davis and Amir.
- Resign weems at minimum, he wont play much but I think there is something to be said for team unity and I think he is friends with a lot of the core players (youngunz).
- Sign Marc Gasol, just throw everything Toronto can at him and hope Memphis doesnt match.
- Toronto can draft their future PG in 2012 with a stronger PG class and replace Calderon. Its not urgent to get a PG this year because Calderon is a vet which we need and will help get our young core touches for another year of development.
- Kleza and Barbosa should be dumped for second round picks just to get rid of there salary if possible before or during the season.

Gasol / Gortat / Dorsey
Davis / A.Johnson / Evans
Barns / J.Johnson / Kleza
Derozen / Dudly / Weems
Calderon / Bayless/ Barbosa

I think Phoenix likes Dudley and Gortat more than most of their lineup. I think we'd be much more likely to get Lopez and Childress instead.

I don't think Phoenix does that, Gortat's been playing well for them, and Bargs is essentially just a supercharged version of Frye... so the two certainly wouldn't fit very well together.

I'd do it in a second, but I don't think Milwaukee would.

Agreed, which is why a Phoenix deal is unlikely imo, unless we can get something like the Suns pick+Lopez+Pietrus.

I'd do it in a second, but I don't think Milwaukee would.

Too much longterm salary for Milwaukee to take on. They might be interested in Bargs, but they have some big money tied up in crap contracts on the wings with Salmons/Maggette, so I don't see them taking Kleiza. Also, CDR can't be traded since he's expiring.

The thing about phoenix is that their most talented players are old. They really need to get something for Nash soon and rebuild. They will have no talent once Nash, Grant, Vince leave. The rest are roll players. Gortat and dudly are great role players on a good team but they arnt talented enough. Bargs has talent, though lots of flaws.

guys look at the wizards schedule :
3/30- vs. Miami
4/1- vs Cleveland
4/3- @ Charlotte
4/5 vs. Detriot
4/6- @ Indiana
4/8- @Boston
4/9- vs, Atlanta
4/11- vs. Boston
4/13- @Cleveland.

theyre 18-55 right now.
now they are going to lose to miama, boston twice, and atlanta for sure.
so thats 4 losses guaranteed
now vs. cleveland is a very winnable game for the wiz.
then comes @ Charlotte, vs. Detroit. @Indiana. i think they can win around 2 of those games
then last game of the season @Cleveland they prob would win that game.
that brings their record to -- 22-60
so if sac goes 2-7 in their last 9 games
and we also go 1-8 (the game vs. cleveland for us in TO, is very winnable, even for us) so we could essentially end up being 21-61 . and sac ends up being 22-61. so this is basically a throw up till the end of the season .
