Seemed he had his footwork a bit wrong and left the lay-in short. Needed a quick gather.

I think he assumed that he was closer to the rim

Yeah, either way it was weird. Good move, just needed to finish.

It is a mystery how Angola is still in this game. LTU playing awful ball for our standards.

A little bit of redemption there.

Jonas is looking pretty good so far. Defensively he looks much better. His man to man defense is on point once again and he's defending the pick and roll in a slightly different way, because he leaves the ball handler much quicker and there's actually somebody rotating to his man. However, it's Angola, so everything should be taken with a grain of salt. Offensively he looked great, even though he missed a point blank layup, he did that after a quick spin in the post. Had a really nice pass from the post to his teammate underneath the basket. Also, I really love how he's pulling down all the rebounds. It's great when your opponents don't know how to box out. He should really get involved in the offense more in the next half though.

Lithuania looks terrible. Guard play is a joke. Lithuania's fans should feel lucky D-Mo is having a good game, his individual efforts been carrying the team.

LOL JV. That was bad. So bad. Drive left from the post faceup, or repost.

Is it me or does Motiejunas think he's the star player for Lithunia.

LTU is a team, no one is a star player, but at the same time everyone is. In this game D-Mo is a scorer and you can see from his expressions and moves he thinks he is doing good.

Well, he's kinda playing like it. The only player that qualifies better than him is Jonas.
