I always liked Thomas Bryant - never understood why he never found a consistent role on a team.

Damn, I was hoping they'd be able to snag Sharpe with a S&T.
Thomas Bryant, come on down!
(At this rate it's gonna be Mo Bamba lol. I used to believe there was some possible potential with him, but now I don't want him around Ulrich.)

I like Bryant or Wagner for back up Cs but I think we deal RJ to address the back up C position. Maybe a deal with Washington for Holmes since we were linked to him in the past?

We're in the tax. Will definitely make a move at some point here with real salary going out.

Any backup Cs who are of interest in a RJ trade?

If we had cap space, we could have offered Sharpe more than $6M. Opportunity cost is a real thing.
Organization can be defined as an organized body of people with a particular purpose. Not random.

Assuming the two NG's are waived and we sign Martin to his minimum, we are currently (just) under the tax.
If they want to address the C position, even by adding a single minimum salary player, then yes, they will need to go into the tax. If they wanted to add a C and not go into the tax, then they either need to trade for said C (and not take on excess salary in the deal) or need to make another trade to free up enough wiggle room to sign one.

The Lakers could offer more and he still went back to Brooklyn

So what. Maybe Lakers didn't want him. I'm talking about Raps.

I like Holmes;
I wouldn't deal RJ in a deal centered around him though.
