I don't think he has enough hype to go 2nd. I would expect someone to take a risk on drummond or MKG or PJ3. I fully expect Beal to go 3 or 4.

Perry Jones playing the 3 in the NBA is like Derrick Williams trying it; it's not happening.

I'd roll the dice on Williams at the 3 any day whereas as PJIII is a complete unknown. We are fielding 2 hybrid 3-4's in JJ and Kleiza right now. What is one more who incidentally is skilled at creating his own shot...

JJ is better at creating than Perry Jones. Don't drink the PJIII kool-aid, it's contaminated.

Well duh....he's not super athletic and his handles need to get tighter but he can move around the court with the ball well enough.

PJ3 O-game is way more perimeter oriented then Bosh is. PJ3 can actually bring the ball up and handle it. PJ3 was never a big in HS, i'm not gonna say if he can play the 3 at the next level for sure but its up for debate. I bet he sees some action at the 3 as where CB4 could never see any action at the 3.

As opposed to a normal mix where every player looks good?

Where did I say that? I never make a judgement as you did on 3 minutes of highlight or lowlights.

Either way these "lowlights" if you can even call them that as they include both made and missed baskets give us a pretty good indication that his athleticism and ball handling are subpar.

If we took youtube clips at face value then we would be forced to believe that Drummond is an actual basketball player

I love the hype trains that start right after March Madness. This is a deep start but there's only one clear franchise player and a handful of potential allstar players. Regardless of were we pick we need to pick the best player available. I wish McAdoo was in this years group but my draft board would go like this

1) A.Davis
2) A.Drummond
3) H.Barnes
4) J.Lamb
5) M. Kidd-Gilchrist

If we fallout of the top 5 I would trade the pick and trade down and pickup Perry Jones if he falls.

My draft board:

1) A. Davis
2. B. Beal
3) A. Drummond/H. Barnes (risky)
4) H. Barnes/A. Drummond (risky)
5) J. Lamb (safe)

With Robinson and MKG in the mix to be Top 5 picks, at LEAST one of those guys should be on the board by the time our turn comes around. But still, we should continue to fuel the tank and give ourselves the opportunity to acquire the best talent we can.

Well ball handling has been a concern with Beal. He almost looks like a shorter less athletic version of DeRozan in those plays.

Brad Beal may have certain things wrong with his game, but ball handling is not one of them.
