In a lot of ways, you can see how being lighter/quicker helps his game, but you can also see how his game would be hugely helped by continuing to get bigger/stronger.

Agreed although its easier against lower quality and shorter opponents. He has an underrated passing game. We'll see how he does passing out of the double team with taller and better players during the actual tournament.

I'm surprised that he hasn't shot that short jumper yet. Hope its not a confidence issue... probably coaches call. I expect him to use it during the tournament depending on how the defense plays him nevertheless.

I haven't seen him take a mid range shot at all in all of the highlights. He's had plenty of opportunities to catch and shoot and keep the defense honest, but once that defender comes running he vies for the sweeping hook. He needs to continue learning to take what the defense is giving him, and not try to force/bully the issue (as Sabonis alluded to). Obviously all the positives from these exhibition games and summer league far outweigh any criticism one may have, but it's important for him to continue mixing it up and not always trying to power his way in.

Wow. JV has started showing spin moves both ways. He's growing his skill-set very quickly. I always should Bosh's offence would have been hugely improved if he could have span right.
