He's single-handedly endangering our tank.

its easier to play with embiid
edit: grimes has 41 points right now lol

Maxey has killed us in many games without Embiid.

But there appears to be a new sheriff in town (Grimes). I remember a few years ago this board was wondering whether we would want Grimes or IQ back in a trade with the Knicks.

And .. whew! Sixers up another half-game.

Scoring against us is not exactly the standard of excellence.
Plus I remember Flynn was able to slow him down lol. It’s just easier when all of the defensive attention is on embiid

Maxey has been playing with a sore hand, they mentioned it on the broadcast.

Still averaging 27pts a game

Raptors should find a way to sign Ty Jerome.

I don’t know how the Lakers are 2nd in the conference but I guess they don’t need any big men after all lol
2019 Eastern Conference All Stars

Derozan
Lowry
Ibaka
Valanciunas
Van Vleet
Delon Wright
Lebron
Embiid

There are only 2 teams in the league that rank in the top 6 in offensive and defensive efficiency: the Golden State Warriors and the Toronto Raptors.

He's kind of buried on Rockets bench still.

There’s a name I haven’t heard much of recently. Still remember the hype he was getting from some posters on here. Been pretty quiet this year.

Lakers were already 5th in the conference before the Luka trade and only 3 games out of second so it’s no surprise that they managed to play to the second best record with Luka.

Got more typical looks with Ja and JJJ both out. Jenkins is very rigid in his style.

It's a damn shame. Went from one of the most unlikeable players in league to most likeable. And then this.

Such a shame. Bad for basketball in general. Might never be the same at his age and his style of play.

I know this won't be popular on here but I'd like to see Kawhi win one more championship. He's so fun to watch. I like this iteration of the LAC's too. Bogdan was a nice addition. LAC vs OKC WCF with a healthy Kawhi. Yes please. And then the winner of that series must beat Boston.

He's making a lot of draft prognosticators look foolish so far.

Mannix on the same wavelength as I am about the Rockets pulling the plug on the deadline for Durant.

They're banking on Booker becoming available this summer.

They're 2nd because public enemy number one Fred VanVleet has been out for like 10 to 15 games and the Rockets went back to being mediocre as soon as he didn't play.

I understand the logic from the Rockets perspective but Phoenix doesn’t control their picks until 2032. So even if they decide to tank they’ll still be trading their picks via swaps in those years. I think if they trade Durant they do a similar deal to what Sacramento did for D’Aaron Fox or Minnesota did for KAT where they get a player back.

Return to Toronto Raptors
