If it's Trey Burke, I do that in a heartbeat.

I don't see him being outside of the top 5 in a draft like this.

But these are the kind of deals I would kill for. Expand that to include Gay for Cousins + scraps and I would be on cloud nine. Not likely I know.

Not a bad deal. I'd pull the trigger if Burke and Muhammed are available. It's a no brainer

You guys come up with some idea and then what happens if we end up 3-10??? Julius Randle? Andrew Harrison? Fa real???

I'd much rather Rudy, Demar, Amir, Val, lowry + 15-17th pick Rather than Val, + 3-10 + scubs...........

I'd be happy with Val, Randle/Gordon/Harrison/Exum(maybe) and whoever we get for Rudy, Amir, Demar and Lowry. That's just me though. I don't think we need the number 1 or 2 pick next year. 3-10 will have some solid talent and we now have a GM who is good at drafting. I'd like to see what he could do with a high pick instead of the later selections he made with Denver.

Awful idea.

I'd prefer to keep Stew and give Monte Morris
I'd really prefer to keep Morris and Stew and give the great Killian Hayes and 2nd round picks

How about...

1. Demar,Lowry for Gordon, Vasquez and #6. The #6 being compensation for Gordon's questionable knees.

Then draft Bennett and buy a late pick to draft Kabongo.

Val Gray
Amir Bennett Acy
Gay Fields Jefferson
Gordon Ross
Vasquez JLIII Kabongo

If Gordon is healthy the team could take off, if he isn't there are good tanking possibilities and Ross, Bennett, Acy,Val and Kabongo get plenty of playing time.
When will we just change the name of 25 of the 30 teams to the Washington Generals?

Please advise….

Trade Lowry to Dallas for #13 and Jared Cunningham

Trade Amir for Norris Cole, Joel Anthony, + a 2014 1st

Drop roughly $20m in salary, add 3 picks and 3 young players. Tank like crazy.

Cole/Cunningham
DeRozan/Ross
Fields/Saric (Draft)
Thomas Robinson/DeJuan Blair (FA)
JV/Anthony

That's a BAD team. Like 20 wins bad. Like many, many ping pong balls bad. But athletic as hell, could be fun to watch, and has a gaping hole at the 3 for Wiggins to step right into (lol).

I'm considering trying to nominate you for assistant GM. The absolute dream scenario would be Howard leaves in free agency and LA misses the playoffs next year. It's actually quite possible. They struggled this year and if you remove Dwight, plus Kobe may not be the same as he was and Nash is not getting any younger. We then have a second lottery pick.

Maxiell isn't in Landry's league at this point. Better question is if including price, like Landry at 8 million a year vs Maxiell at 2-3

Landry would be exceptional alongside Amir as a defensive frontcourt

Carl Landry and Thomas Robinson are two avaliable players that IMO both fit the mold of the kind of big we need to add to our froncourt this offseason.

Neither of the two. Signing Carl Landry to an $7-9 mil a year contract smells like a Colangelo move, so its a good thing he's no longer in charge. Spending money on a whole bunch of role players has already proven to be a failing strategy. I'd rather spend money on high end talent and bring in cheap vets and draft picks to fill out the roster. We already have a super sub in Amir. And Quincy is developing quite nicely as well, he might be a useful player in a year or two. No need to add more bench depth.

If anything we need to dump some of the contracts we have now. If we're not tanking I'd look to bring in a starting caliber 4 to start alongside Jonas by dangling DeRozan. Sign a 3+D vet SG, dump some of the bench players we have now, and get a late draft pick and hopefully draft a player that can contribute.

Think the T-Wolves would consider this deal:

Williams/Ridnour/Shved/#9

FOR

Bargnani/DeRozan

Then we could draft Shroeder with the #9 Pick? Or just 9+Lowry to try and move even further up in the draft?
Props to TZ for the sig:

I still think a sign and trade of Brandon Jennings for Lowry and Kleiza would be a good deal for us.

I know people think Jennings is merely a chucker, and he'd be a terrible fit beside Gay and DeRozan, but he's still only 23.. there's still a lot of room to grow. In Milwuakee he's never had scorers like Rudy and DeMar to differ to... his passing game is good, I think he can show that a lot more in Toronto. PG's get better with age. Jennings has already done more to prove his worth in the league than Lowry. I think he'd fit in well in Toronto. In the right environment, he can flourish... I think that can be done here.

Of course they wouldn't, that is awful for the Wolves

If we don't tank hard(which is what I'm truly hoping for), I'd support this deal. I've always liked Jennings. I always remember a game I went to where any time he relaxed and made the easy play he killed us. He has a great handle, solid passing ability and good quickness. He will definitely get better as he matures and lets the game come to him more.

I would still like to take a flyer on TRob....

He's strong and aggressive like a 4 but plays with the quickness of a 3 (a stretch 4). Not to mention he's a great hardworking, fighting personality to have in the lockerroom developing with Val.
