congrats to t-ross, be a good dad and not some idiot.

for those who are saying wait it out, you're just scared of having responsibility]

because not having kids means you have 0 responsibility. Im sure every guy thats busted in a chick and got her pregnant just wanted to add some responsibility to their lives.

How do you know you'll live till your 30? Life is short man. He's got money and fame doing the thing he loves to do, what's wrong with settling in? If anything millionaire athletes should be encouraged to do so as this will help keep their mind off the bad season/ bad games.

Sleeping with a different girl every weekend is whats wrong with our society, not settling in.

lol @ the idea of using a son or daughter to up your performance in basketball. thats some great logic right there.

as far as the baby momma, she just won at life. got some millionaire to have her kid. poor guy...he wont get married to this chick...so poor son too.

and holy LOL at the bruno and stiemsma theories...probably true

The Paul George comparisons continue :D

He had a girlfriend his rookie season. I distinctly remember seeing pics of him and Quincy Acy with their respective gf's on vacation during a long break. I even followed her for a bit. She used to throw out the hashtag #teamRoss but she went off the grid sometime during that off-season.

He was asked about what happened to him in the playoffs and he mentioned he had some off court issues. This could've been it.

See..this is the mentality that I don't understand.

Having a kid is a great thing, don't get me wrong; but at the same time, how do you know that he isn't freaking out right now? This didn't seem exactly planned. I know lots of guys who almost had breakdowns after having kids. It's a lot of stress.

It might be a little easier because he's a millionaire and doesn't really have to worry about that money aspect of having a kid. But there still are a lot of responsibilities that comes with being a parent. Also, being an athlete makes it that much harder.

How on earth do you guys know about which groupies the players are with? Just so I've read this correctly, so the mother of Amir's child is now with Lou (who from what I've read numerous times on this board is dating 2 girls), while Ross just had a kid with a random groupie who kind of gets around.

Guys... I think it seriously might be time to explore trade options for Ross....
(not in relation to him being a father or anything, just because his trade value is at his highest).
