Ross needs to stop giving Harden respect, honestly. When Ross came in the league he was giving Harden/PG, and elite guards trouble because he wanted to prove he's a player and they can't score on him. I'm being serious here, I've noticed his mindset change and he's become somewhat "soft" and has this " I don't care attitude", Ross was handling guys like Wade/Harden/PG among others, those are some elite players. If he can get that focus he once had back, and have this attitude where YOU AIN'T SCORING ON ME, I'm sure his shot will come back and if he can play defense like he once did, he can at least be that 3-D we need plus that occasional going off in spurts guy.

I want to see this competitive attitude from him, he can't go all soft on guys like Harden cuz I know he's athletic enough to give him trouble as he's done in the past, he needs to stop relying on "help defense" or forcing him a certain way because our guys are usually late on help anyways unless Amir is healthy and playing like the old Amir Johnson. That's the main difference, just rely on your damn elite lateral movement and keep him in front of you, it's hard for most guys but for a guy like him, he can do it, trust me.
