Same man.
I feel even better about the series than I did before yesterdays loss .
It's important we steal the next one because I can most definitely see us winning both games at home.

Least worrisome Loss I've ever seen us have in the Playoffs. When PHI beat us they would just annihilate us. These guys squeak past lol, they need miracles

Game 1 ORL was worse

I'll be honest, bucks had a hard time scoring on our defense in half court Giannis was literally shook and sweating. They had to resort to jacking up contested 3's or put back or soft fouls for them to get into a rhythm. We messed up the moment our guys turned the ball over and got Bledsoe like 6 points. Other than that, we played solid and I didn't even mention our non existqnt bench. If raps can play solid defense I'll be confident because these guys gotta eventually get their shots in. Gotta credit bucks for their defense too taking siakam out and putting multiple guys on kawhi.

They played good D too, of course, but in terms of their half court O, they were pretty mediocre, whereas the problem was transition buckets (many from points off TOs) and second chance points. Grab the rebounds, don't turn it over, and if you do, get back on D and in your spot right away.

-Keep same defensive strategy
- keep FVV glued to bench or play as a spot up shooter only
- BOX OUT, DID YOU BOX OUT? DID YOU BOX OUT? I'm looking at you Gasol/Ibaka/Siakam- limit 2nd chance points and dumb turnovers with safer passes
- keep taking open looks with confidence, don't be indecisive
- use timeouts at the right time
- Sit Kawhi in the 3rd with 2 mins left, have him play start of 4th with bucks starters
- Need Lowry/Gasol to be aggressive and take open looks
- Know your role, don't try to create for team off dribble if that's not your game.. pass the *** ball or hold it and wait until teammate gets close to you to pass it off, no dumb passes (I'm looking at you Green and Ibaka)
- Siakam needs to take his open looks but don't force it with multiple guys on him, he got blocked a few times

We're gonna have to live with bucks taking contested shots, that's just how they play. If Giannis can't get in paint, they will continue launching them up. Giannis was bailed out quite a bit, his 24 points should really be 18 points.

Also *** Brook Lopez and his antics

Why would you play Fred as a spot up shooter when he hasn't made shots? We need to accept that we aren't getting shot making from that position and play McCaw to at least get higher level defense.

Norm missed boxouts as well. The key is boxing out on the help defender's man. It's hard because we often have a guard coming over to box out Mirotic or something. But they need to do it.

If you sit Kawhi to end the 3rd and start the 4th you are basically saying he is going to play the entire 4th quarter. He didn't even do that in Game 7 against Philly. I think the coaches and Kawhi know he can't sustain both offensive AND defensive intensity for 12 minutes. We need a lineup out there that can score on at least 1 of the 3 possessions that happen in those first 2-3 minutes.

Pascal is being forced to take a lot of different shots than he did most of the year. He has been so-so at them. He's rushing on corner 3s (not surprising given the Bucks' defensive approach) and having to shoot more wing and above the break 3s. He is shooting pull up jumpers! Pascal needs to play when Giannis is out to be most effective. Maybe we should start Ibaka?

We won't survive without some scoring from the bench (let alone guys like Danny and Marc). We might need to give Norm some more burn and definitely get Serge involved sooner.

The more I think about it the more starting Serge in place of Pascal seems to make sense.

I really believe the Raptors are the better team. Due to their prior performances + they are battle tested. It also helps to have the best player in the series. It comes down to shot making. Giannis does not make shots.

We almost won that game with our 2 top scorers both playing like hot garbage.

You think the bucks will shot that poorly again?

Mirotic 1/6 3pt
middleton 1/6 3pt
bledsoe 0/6 3pt
ersan 1/4 3pt
Most were wide open. George hill didn't even make a fg and he's a raptor killer.

They were clearly rusty and Lowry won't play at that level again.

That game 1 L made me numb. I was really incredulous that the Raptors were playing that good in a game 1. They looked in really good shape. Sadly the guys couldn't step up. While Brook played really well, the others did not.

I'm also concerned about Kawhi in the 4th..

I agree with this tweet below. Such a massive gap between our star and what LeBron used to do year in year out.

Lol. You’ve got to be kidding me. It’s insane how easily we forget lebron’s disappearing acts because we’ve been so numbed by lebron and his greatness through constant media coverage.

First example is lebrons disappearing act constantly over the entire Dallas series. At one point he went scorless in multiple 4th quarters.

He got outscored in the series by Jason Terry, a role player.

Or how about the the previous two times lebron has been in the finals?

His defence consisted of mostly standing around on multiple occasions.

I read the bucks had 34 open 3 attempts. If that's true that is not good defence.

Remember when we won game 1 against Philly and dominated? Yeah game 2 was a completely different outcome.

Bucks fans think they know how this series will play out because of a win.

Honestly I’m worried Milwaukee can play better than what they showed.

I really think that was our game to steal.

Game 2 might be rough. If we pull it out then Kenny is right. This team is championship material.

No, you learn and recognize the characteristics of a team that you follow every minute of a full nba season. There's not a challenge they haven't been able to overcome and are a well built team around a generational talent, who knows who he is. Giannis has grown up this year into a killer. you can see it in his eyes. It's the eye of the tiger. He won't be denied.
