Normally, I'm incredibly frustrated with losses even in the regular season. However, tonight was different. I'm not upset at all. For one, I'm glad we lost because it solidifies the idea that the Bucks are the favourites. Second, it brings most of this board back to reality. We aren't the best team in the league. But contrary to what the GT will have you believe, we aren't the worst either. I think there's still quite a long way to go. If we do make it back to the Eastern Finals and Milwaukee is there, I firmly believe we have a shot to beat them. They are mental midgets. And like the way we were during the DeRozan/Lowry years, until they prove themselves in the playoffs, I won't believe a thing. No one on their team scares me. I am legit more worried about the Celtics in the playoffs.

Raptors still playing extremely impressive defense without Kawhi. As suspected, they are going to have trouble scoring on tough defenses without a guy who can control the game and exploit the midrange so effectively.

You can pick whatever narrative you want for this game: Raptors were missing two good players, didn't play well, and kept it close. Giannis didnt play well and Bucks still won by 11 on the road on the second night of a back to back. End of the day I think Toronto can beat anyone in the East in the playoffs but i think those chances are significantly lower against Milwaukee with the Bucks having a decisive edge due to Giannis.

This game showcased how badly we need Kawhi. When we were reeling we didn't have a guy who could just go get a bucket to slow momentum, and it really showed tonight. Playoffs are gonna be the same story

He makes legit points. I feel really good about Gasol + Powell coming back and if you think the game plan tonight (eg. Ibaka taking 10 threes) will resemble what Nurse deploys in the playoffs, then you haven't been paying attention.
