he apparently improved his form after the college season. Comparing his shot from his college games and these workout videos, you can really tell the difference. Yeah, it could be improved - that could be said for the majority of rookies.
The mechanics look good. Doesn't seem to get much lift from the legs...that would be helpful in getting his shot off once official games are played, and there are actual players defending his shot.
Other than that, the mechanics look real good. Pause.
