Apparently you haven't been following the confusion over the injury status of Zion with the Pelicans. The Raptors definitely aren't the only organization that is less than forthright about players' injury status.
They withheld because it happened during the off-season. Once training camp and the exhibition season started they released the info. Besides mimicking anything the Pelicans organization is doing isn't exactly a positive.
No one seems to know anyone about the status of TJ Warren on the Pacers either. I know your schtick is that you're hyper critical of anything and everything the Raptors do, but it's just not accurate to say that other organizations also aren't forthcoming about injury info.

There is no need to lie. When training camp started they said he wouldn't be ready for the start of the season and there wasn't a firm timetable for his return. They released another update at the beginning of this month.

If a player is out long term just say so, no one is expecting daily updates. Just don't list them as questionable for 4 games then suddenly say he is out for awhile.
I would say he doesn't belong as a starter.. volume scorer and takes chances on defence to get his steals stance to inflat. As it has.TRik wrote:VC15Era wrote:I don't wish injury on GTJ.. just don't want him to play .. he's trash and shouldn't be starting.. should be a 6th man scorer off the bench.

Hmmm….. I agree that he might look good as our star 6th man. But he’s not trash, he has one of the smoothest strokes in the league and is a rabid defender.
Misworded.. needs an extended break from his quad injuryChilds wrote:VC15Era wrote:I don't wish injury on GTJ.. just don't want him to play .. he's trash and shouldn't be starting.. should be a 6th man scorer off the bench.

You literally just posted that you hoped Gary was injured

It's often hard to know how an injury is going to heal, or even if there are other complications. It's very likely that you can believe something is healing and then it takes a turn for the worse again depending on level of activity or other stressers.
Basically, we don't know what's going on with the injury of OG. So you don't need to take this as another excuse to rank about how "unprofessional" and terrible the Raps are.
