That is what everyone was saying against the Blazers and the Raptors were down 30 at the half. This feels like a L to me. The Raptors are due for a let down performance.

HOO MAN.

Too early to tell. Half way point of the season. A lot can change either way.

We are well passed the halfway point lol. 52 games played and 30 remaining after tonight. 7 teams are on pace to win 30 or less games this season while Portland (31-win pace) is in the midst of a firesale. New Orleans isn't much better off (32-win pace) and Washington has been getting worse as the season goes along (14-25 since their hot start).

There is at least 10 teams that likely don't eclipse the 35-win mark this season. Does anyone really think we'll go 7-24 or worse the rest of the way? Or does that 2.4% (14th) to 9.4% (11th) chance at moving up to the top 4 in the draft intrigue people that much that they think we should be benching Siakam+FVV+OG for the last 30 games?

If the starting 5 keeps going 40 minutes per game....those remaining 30 games...that's quite the IF.

Raptors are just slight favorites. Not a sure fire win at all. But we should still win and score a lot of points.

I hope you are correct of coarse. The Hornets tend to play quite a bit better at home though. They are healthy this game as well. I am surprised that the Raptors are favoured.

Hornets don't play defense but hopefully we don't let that influence us and turn this into a offensive battle

Vegas knows that a Pascal revenge game is coming since Lamelo took his AS spot.

All-Star Fred VanVleet leads the league with 16 clutch 3-pointers, with the last three of those having come in overtime in the first game of the winning streak nine days ago. He’s 16-for-35 (46%) on clutch 3s and somehow just 4-for-24 (17%) on clutch 2s.

As most of us thought, Freddy should mostly stick to what he does best - catch and shoot or pull up 3s in the 4th. Move the ball around and get others involved, like we've been doing the past couple of games. Limit the ISOs. Same goes for Pascal.

OG has been pretty good in clutch situations too.

I feel sorry for Plumlee.

Plumlee will be a liability against either one defensively. We're a team that's able to play most opposing C's off the floor.
