He would fit better than Siakam the next 4 years.

Barnes/OG and Lavine would make for a very good offence, he is one year younger then Siakam and gives us that explosive SG this team needs

OG is showing that his defence and 3 point shooting is way too valuable. Siakam and Barnes will always be overlaps and that is never going to change. You can keep Yak on the floor longer with Lavine minus Siakam

Plans are to keep Siakam. Cry into your pillow.

Was something said that was wrong? Go look at the clip.

Siakam stops playing and stands outside the arc while his man goes to the hoop. It was VERY obvious like his controller broke.

Sorry if that bothers you by pointing it out

I’m just saying if you watch a game without any bias you’ll see many possessions like that. It happens. I’m just asking why point that out in a game like this when everyone played well? Including siakam

You obviously have not rewatched the play. The controller unplugged doesn't happen every game.

He's tired of watching Leo scoffing every bit of food he can inhale.

He was there last week, he's usually not on when TSN broadcast's the game, only for Sportsnet broadcasts.

Bro get over it. It was one possession in a game where we win by 13. Can you admit that other than that one play pascal played well?

Problem is the Bulls would never do a Lavine for Siakam swap other than dumping Lavine's contract.. Only way we could pull that off is if another team(or teams) get involved. Never really seen masai pull off multiple team deals unless i'm mistaken.. Hard enough for him to get a deal done with one team not named San Antonio. Lavine for Siakam Swap would make us miles better no doubt with fit alone.

100% the Raptors would need to send Pascal to 3rd team that send assets to Bulls and Lavine comes to Raptors

Siakam is playing great right now, no need for hate. If I had one complaint yes that we Really need Scottie to touch the ball more, thought he played really well tonight, but if he's gonna become that guy he's gotta command the ball more.

presumably for taking a shot in a decided game. point-differential for in-season tournament would explain it, but both teams were already eliminated before the game

personally, i think players should look inward instead of getting mad at the other team. you didn't play well enough to prevent this situation

Siakam passed the ball to Scottie in low post with Caruso on him, Scottie just passed it right back. Scottie gotta recognize advantage when there is one

I think we were justified regardless for a grown man telling his daughter to scream at the other teams free throws.

And his 3 pt shooting...1 for 6. Now 11 games of poor 3pt shooting.

Besides that, sure.

I'm not gonna pretend I didn't post on here that we should trade him for Nicolas Batum or whatever the hell I said back in 2013, but it will be a nice day when his jersey is retired.

He worked his ass off on his game, never did anything to embarrass us off the court (hard for millionaires!) and with the help of some doctors working on Kawhi's knee (who we should honour in a small but tasteful ceremony on like the 10th anniversary of the title) we got a title in the deal.
Where's the D?

Which is ironic because Darko and Schroeder threw a temper tantrum when the Celtics did it to us lol.

The last year of LaVine's current contract is at age 31, that makes sense timeline. We"re not getting LaVine without trading Siakam to a third team because the Raptors don't have any first rounders to trade until 2026.

Siakam's extension will begin the season he turns 31 which bring him to 34 and making 45-50mill into his 30's as a post player. Plus he is an overlap with Barnes, so trading Siakam makes all the sense for better team fit and timelines.

You have a 3 level explosive SG who would look good next to wings Barnes & OG

Return to Toronto Raptors
