We'd have that guy in Schroder if coach grew a pair and does the right thing.

Remains the top must do signing this offseason. We cannot lose this guy.

It's kind of wild how underappreciated he is on this board.

For me, he's the best defender in the league. Guarding on the perimeter vs elite wings is the hardest thing to do in the NBA

he played him well. then booker tweaked his ankle in the 3rd and then when he came back, he just stood around and didn't try to do anything.

But that isn't true.

1st Q it's clear the plays are Dennis in tbe pnr and get Siakam going.

2nd Q Achiuwa was used as the hub guy at the top of the key which Flynn in pnr. Barnes in corner in a shooters spot.

4th Q, they switched Barnes and Achiuwa and Barnes ran the offense. Remember him passing out from the drive to Achiuwa who was in the shooters spot from 3? Then Barnes ran more of the offense late in 4th Q because if not, they would foul YAK all day in the pnr to get him on the line. So Darko adjusted things....which is what we want

No surprise. We've done well against talented teams without much depth. Less talented teams with depth pose a problem. Roller coaster season continues.

the teams suffers from "too many dogs need to eat", even though most of the dogs deserved to be starved. If barnes misses a couple they are going to go away from him (and he will start playing passive because he feels bad) the FO and coach gotta get him off that mindset and free him from himself by getting rid of the other "top dogs".

Feel good win

seriously, those free throws are key. If we shoot like this the last 2 games at the line we win. If we shoot like we did then tonight, we could easily lose.

I still think Gary has it in him too, he is just playing selfishly because is off the bench

i dont think hes underappreciated by most, i think theres a frustration with alot of our roster that they dont always play the way that makes them successful.

best 3 and d player in the NBA version of OG is beloved, wild driving OG is frustrating as hell for alot of people, understandably.

A: Getting the ball at the top of the key and being able to distribute to my teammates.

There was a CLEAR difference in how Barnes was used with that bench unit in the 4th compared to the 2nd.

Some want Barnes to just take control, but ignore that Darko was coaching Achiuwa to the top of the key making decisions while Barnes is in a shooters spot in tge 2nd Q...and lots of other games.

Today we saw them switch and the offense was much better, we didn't watch Flynn and Achiuwa run pnr after pnr while others watched.

Today, is how it should be from now on. Hopefully Darko sees the obvious.

I haven't watched this game, but Darko insisting on having Jak/Precious/Boucher being our hub decision makers while Siakam/Barnes watch them remains a top 3 mystifying coaching decision.

Siakam was mediocre tonight.

Dick just flat out sucks. If we're absolutely not rebuilding under any circumstances, then might wanna consider moving both Siakam & Dick to get max value out. You could probably get back both Lavine & Caruso in that circumstance, with Siakam going to a 3rd team.

Then rebalance the rest of the roster as necessary with minor trades.

100! Siakam is obviously a better player but OG is above Siakam on the priority list to re sign imo

Assuming the intention is to give Scottie the keys, OG is a great fit next to Scottie and allows Scottie be a roamer and save his defensive energy
