It also seemed from the clips that even though he had a quiet offensive night, that his paint defence was a factor.

Can anyone confirm this? Was Ivisic's defence good and that's why Calipari trusted him with minutes late?

Only saw highlights, but it seems like a large problem is that Ivisic gets pushed around a lot and has trouble holding his position/boxing out, which I think where the fouls might come from. Dude has really long legs, giving him a high base.

I don't see him as a PF in the long-term either, especially if he puts on weight. His foot speed isn't great (not bad for a 7'2 guy, just not great).

BPM seems to work fine on Torvik, which is what I use.

Sheppard is miles ahead of a group of freshman at 7 BPM, up at 12.1 BPM.

Missi and McClain are having pretty strong seasons, basically #2 among freshman at their positions for BPM.

Missi is #2 at center and number one is an Iowa kid and Big 10 centers you gotta be wary of as they tend to be statues who would be quite promising backup or marginal starting center prospects in 1994 but not 2024.

Sheppard and a 5'10 kid are the only guards above McClain.

Feels like both might be there with the Pacers pick.

Knecht is making it difficult to not buy in with all these big performances against SEC defenses.

Not falling for the Devin Carter hype. Sasser and Colby Jones were also dominating the NCAA as 22/23 year olds and aren't shaking up the league. Same with Davion getting drafted so early even though he was already over 20 dominating freshmen.

Jaime has worked out for the Heat, but I'm only reaching for an older rookie if I'm a playoff team with a set core that needs bench pieces that can somewhat play now.

Sasser is shooting 45/42/85 with and A/T of 3. Detroit just kept giving Hayes a shot at starting but could never develop a shot and released him. Now Ivey is startin at PG with Cade as the primar ball-handler. Sasser might be blocked in Detroit but he could explode into a Jalen Brunson or at least a FVV behind Lowry.

Tyson started the Cal game 0-5 and is since 6-8 with 2-2 from deep helping mount a comeback attempt

lol he's 22 almost 23 and he could be LBJ for all I care, dropping 39 on sick percentages against Auburn's D is no easy feat

he is going to give Tennessee an actual chance to compete for a title, let's see how he plays in the tourney

That is correct. With number 18 draft will be awash in point guard possibilities but it could be a mine field or a point drops. At 31 I still like Adem Bona to help restock our hole left by OG, Paskal and Precious. Tyler Kolek might be worthy of #18 selection. One shooter and one rim rocker.

Looks like a better shooting Austin Reaves. Already has NBA range.

I see him as a great fit in Portland at #14. Oh forgot about their own top 5 pick, Holland, Reed Sheppard? :o

PG Scoot -Brogdon - Rupert
SG Simons - Knecht - Rupert
SF Sharpe - #1 - Thybulle
PF Grant - Camara/Murray
C Ayton - Reath/RWilliams

You spent pages going back & forth claiming the trades had no effect, that you’re certain we’d keep our pick and that “you don’t know basketball” if you thought otherwise…..funny how quickly that flip flop happened lol but glad you caught up.

Had to make it a top 15 because it feels weird to do big boards that aren't multiples of 5 like 10/15/20 etc.

One thing that gives me pause about Dillingham is that he's a 75% shooter from the line and has a prior history of being a poor 3 point shooter not only at OTE where he shot in the low 30's but before that. I do think he has flashed some surprising ability as a facilitator this year but overall the skillset, measurables and resume aren't enough for me to view him as a top guy. He is probably going to benefit tremendously from his time at Kentucky but I don't see a starting NBA point guard.

I'm not convinced that Tijane Salaun is taken in the lottery, he might be on the board for that Pacers pick

Knecht goes to his left a lot, almost 23 so he should be excelling. Might be a good fit on OKC.
