He is a decent ball handler who can hit 3s, shoot off the dribble, and get to the rim. His defense has always been better than Jasikevicius' too.

That said I've been somewhat impressed by Adas Jusikevicius 3-pt shooting and defense. I do think LTU shoot switch who brings the ball up the court between the natural PGs and SGs such as Seibutis and Pocius.

Kalneitis is fine but Jusikevicius is still wet between the ears. Though I've liked his pressure D and shooting. Yet PG looks like the weakest of all the positions that LTU has. Are there any up and coming PG prospects in the grape vine for LTU.

I know of Vytenis Cizauskas who was JV's teammate for all of those under17, u19, u20 tournaments. Since becoming a pro he hasn't made much of an impact yet tho. Appears that he benefited from a physical advantage, mainly his stockiness, to his peers in those under x tournaments.

Aside Sabonis who is a 6'11 PF I do not know of any up and coming LTU players.

Cizauskas is garbage. PG who can't handle any pressure.

To be honest neither Vasiliauskas nor Juskevicius are handling pressure in this WC. Both are just turnover machines.

They are, but Cizauskas is even worse.

This team is kinda sad to watch. They are not going far.

Double standard with what Baynes is being allowed to get away with.

I don't think JV"s man D has been that bad on Baynes. He only got worked on one bucket, but he's forced bad misses. I think D-Mo interfered with a miss that counted as goaltending as well. On offense, he's trying too hard to get involved.

Lithuania's guard play was pretty atrocious.

Val was pretty awful on defense, and a non-factor on offense.

Hard to be a factor when your guards can't cross the halfline or can't make simple entry passes. JV had not a single FG attempt so far, yet LT is 0-7 from 3 pt land.

Reffing is laughable. Traveling violations not called, It's impossible to understand, what foul is and what is not.

Reffs = pukes. Bleep them :(

And I don't like how FIBA awards TO to a guy who did not catch the ball after bad pass. Looking at official stats we see Vasilauskas with no TO's and Juskevicius with only 1, when they both turned the ball at least 6 times!

Refs let them play through a lot of contact and Lithuania always struggles with that. Start hitting them and put pressure on them and they will crumble like a house of cards.
