Would be a great fit in terms of what we need right now. Volume Shooter/Great Defender/Ball Handler

Josh Hart would be that perfect swiss army knife type of player;
But given his contract and his contribution I couldn't see the Peli's in a rush to move him.

Do you actually follow the team or not?!
If you actually do then you know how Masai feels about Precious ("you are mine now"): Thus do you really think 5 months later Vice Chairman could include him in any trade?!

From a numbers and staying under the tax for both teams perspective it would likely be:

Dragic
Precious
2022 FRP

For

Turner
Craig

Value wise I would do that all day;
However, I am not sure Masai is ready to move on from Precious for starters.

The issue is it gets us close to the tax line next season before we use the MLE and the you walk into the summer of 2023 having to likely re-sign Turner, FVV, and GTJ.

Turner should command some value;
LeVert on the other hand...

I agree too. But like... these guys are on a different tip.

I wouldn't. A first is too valuable and I don't think Turner makes us that much better.

I would do it. I think the value is pretty close.

However, I don't think Masai does it. I'd imagine he likes Precious alot, and might have a different view on his ceiling/value.

I like achiuwa, I think he has a pretty high ceiling. That said, Turner is a true C, and Barnes/Siakam might be able to handle those 4/5 minutes that Precious is projecting to take, so... I'd rather diversify.

I was always curious about Ashton Hagans. In college he was a ball hawk who could run a team. The question was the shot. He looks pretty good on the 905 now that he is healthy and playing.

Read on Twitter
?t=TUaozbI5HtbYKOoUz1T9hQ&

He could be a guy to follow as he fits what Nurse wants from his PGs.

Over 3 games 18 and 6 with 3 steals and hitting 70% from three. Maybe our best 905 player currently.

The thing with Turner is he hasn't guarded the likes of Embiid well in the past, and that would be a void we would like to fill is getting a big C (even a backup) that can be a situational big that defends well.

Turner can shoot the 3 and that's definitely good for spacing, but his asking price may be too high. Plus his contract expires in a couple of seasons - same time as Fred and Trent.

I don't think Harris or even Ross from Orlando cost you much;
Bamba is a bit of a mystery as I have no idea how he fits in with the already signed Isaac and WCJ long term or what he will command this summer.

RoCo is likely available as he is an expiring and I am not sure if the Blazers attempt to retain, the balance of the guys I cant see them moving quite yet and Nurkic I suspect they would at least try and retain if not S&T this summer.

I think SRPs are likely the high watermark for the guys who would likely be available.

Gary Harris would be amazing....

We'd have a unique advantage over other teams by offering Dragic's expiring salary while other teams would very likely pony up bad contracts for matching purposes.

If Orlando wants a 2nd, sign me up. Definitely not a 1st round pick as he can leave us for nothing.

what do you think we can get for him in a trade? I think we're in a weird spot with Boucher because he's' one of the only players that provides anything off the bench, and his trade value probably isn't very high.

Would love it if we could pull off something like Dragic, Flynn, 2nd(s) for Norm, DSJ and/or Zeller

I have to assume no team would want him more than Chicago - unless they're really willing to trade their young, injured PF for immediate help. Not sure what they really have to offer, but I'd play hardball with them and ultimately take what they have to offer - assuming this team doesn't plan to make a decent offer to Boucher this summer.

His value is hard to peg;
Earlier in the season the whole Boucher for Coby White (with piece potentially on either side) was logical, the challenge now is White is playing very well and we are limited in our ability to replace Boucher in terms of minutes and positional need.

As for now;
I have no idea how you deal him without getting another 4/5 in that or another transaction.

The bulls are so guard heavy and forward thin I could see them offering Coby in a trade. They also have Dosunmo.

Not sure if Boucher is enough though.

So we think, because Masai complimented/flattered an employee, he won't trade him?

I do that **** all the time and I'd upgrade in a heartbeat in some of those scenarios.

Nic Claxton's available. He's solid and only 22. Free agent at the end of the season. They can't resign him without a huge tax bill. I wonder if expiring (Yuta?)and a future second would be enough? Or maybe they want a player like precious with a cheap rookie contract? Not sure if Masai would do it. I think Nic has lots of potential. I assume he'll be ask for MLE type $.
