Your best bet may be Kijiji or Craigslist. Any individual on here surely knows/assumes the resale value of these tickets.

I may need to swap Game 1's for Game 2's due to scheduling conflicts. I won't know for sure until Wednesday of course when the schedule is set. I have two in section 312, row 17. So if anyone is interested in swapping, please pm me and once I find out we can work something out.

Hey Raps Fans,

I have four tickets to Game 2 of the Raptors first-round playoffs series. I believe the game will most likely be played Monday April 21. Unfortunately, my family and I are leaving town on Friday unexpectedly and have to sell our tickets.

The tickets are for Section 122, Row 20. I bought them for $280/each, but including taxes and delivery, they came out to $335/each. I am willing to negotiate prices.
