It was fun to watch, but at the same time it adds to ny frustration about players like Lamb. Sure Page's team run some plays for him -- moreso then Lamb. But anytime there was a little crease Page was ready to exploit -- always, always looking, Lamb just gets the ball in motion and usually has no intention of looking to create even the opportunity is there.

Typically Lamb gets the ball while stationary and as a result of some uninspired passing along the three point line. Your point still stands though, Lamb rarely looks to attack and seems passive, there's only so much I can blame on his crappy team.

And to be fair, Page created alot of his looks off big man picks / screens around the three point line. That rarely happens at UConn.

Nope, I say a RealGM poster inside Dwight Howard's body.

LOL that's cold. I was just looking at his highlights and he seemed to have that Chris Bosh personality. I know you hate him, but he's got a chance if his team gets him a proper big man coach.

Have y'all noticed that he runs kind of like Chris Bosh too?

No you tapped out because your ananlysis of Barnes is receiting the UNC offense lol

You tried to create an argument with Drummond and you didn't even realize that
I agreed with him dissappearing as well.

You don't even know what my draft board looks like...

You were to confused to know exactly what you were arguing then you left lol

on Barnes one even called you a Banres fan boy. I don't care if people interject to talk
ball but when they interject to $hit disturb then I got a problem with that.

When Barnes came out of college he was supposed to be the next big thing a sure fire
1st overall pick now he goes anywhere from 3-8 and is compared to Luol Deng.

There are times he looks like that sure fire stud then their are times you scratch your head
and wonder if he'll just be a role player...

If you dissect his skillset nothing seems to be elite....

Believe me I ain't the only one Pessimistic about Barnes if that makes me heel to the
Barnes fan club so be it.

I still don't know what you're smoking atm but you still claim having objective unbiased view of prospects but right now you're going all over the place in our argument, we're not even discussing on him coming into the season as this hyped whoever or that, stick to our "disappearing" act topic, especially when I said he does other things to impact the game when he's shooting cold, but you just unbiased yourself there and randomly putting MKG's strength as comparison, you're using a superior traits of other prospects to slam at Barnes but that shouldn't even be the focal of any point because I remain in specifics on Barnes still doing many things when he's not shooting well, that's my point, is Barnes still not playing hard-nose defense, not putting the ball on the floor, not drawing for contacts and not crashing the board aggressively to replace his poor shooting slumps?

It seems to be your argument can go beyond in irrational format, throwing out your so called objective view of prospects but to do so that involves attacking on poster's personal issue, that's just being personal bias imo. If calling posters a "barnes lover" and age thing are your specialty to bringing a poster down, hey, that's fine with me, keep playing that inherited bias card, you're good at it

I've all ready explained to you what I mean with the Barnes and MKG comparison but I'll
remind you as of today I would draft Barnes ahead of MKG.

Drummond just had the worst technical foul called on him that I have ever seen. He did absolutely nothing wrong - he flipped the ball to the ref, who apparently may not have been ready to catch it.

I wasn't watching most of the game. When i did tune in, the announcers did comment a few times he did need to be more asservtive.

Not sure what his numbers are.... chance to tie with a three with fice second left... lets see what Lamb can do. Good ending -- Providence can't put them away

Jeremy Lamb with 12 points on 5-15 shooting, 2-7 on three's :noway: No free throw attempts, but 6 rebounds and 2 blocks with 1 assists and 1 steal. YUCK! C'mon Jesus Lamb!

Andre Drummond with 14 points on 7-11 shooting, with 12 rebounds and 3 blocks  , but 0-3 on free throws

for the past three years or so I've always been very pessimistic about Drummond (the problems he is having now, hes had for years). However, I've watched him a lot lately and don't think he has shown anything that negative and still has what it takes to be a star in the nba under the right circumstances.
I think because of the situation going on at Uconn, Drummond and Lamb are going to be severely underrated come June. Maybe not as much for AD since he will still likely go second, but a lot of fans have soured on him for what I believe to be the wrong reasons. However, Lamb I think will slip in the draft and has a chance to be a great steal (depending on how far he goes).

Beal is having some difficulty finishing at the basket. He has no problem getting there, but a couple of times, he's missed some layup attempts over length.

I'm not defending any player in the draft or disparaging any player.

But every player has flaws and the major job of a scout for a top 5 pick is to evaluate if the player has the ability to over come the flaws or a least make them less obvious. After the top 5 it becomes much less obvious and becomes the best player available as was the case in both the selection of DD & Davis.

The top of the draft selection is getting thinner with MKG saying he is going to stay at Kentucky a extra year. Obviously to get Barnes we would need the 2nd or 3rd pick in the draft and that isn't a sure thing. I think that BC needs to sign Chandler to get quality at SF. The likely draft pick for the Raptors may be Beal?

There have been a few recently -- Florida in 2007 and UNC in 2010. I think UConn may have missed in 2000 as well, but not 100% sure.

I can pretty much say one thing, you are the most ignorant poster here that dares to make this blinded statement after what I've posted in the last few pages that included talking about barnes' flaws, when Reignman mentioned about second coming of Steely, I was being nice and not believing it so but now I start to acknowledge it. How can a guy be so ignorant enough to make this statement after reading the last few pages of our debate. Tsk...tsk...tsk.

Im sure this Steely guy has more credibility then Reignman....

Reignman likes to talk tough and act like a big shot and has the audacity to call out other
posters yet the dude provides zero substance in his messages.

As for you I've done my job...While we still don't agree about Barnes I've got you to drop
the kid talk and got you focused and having a real discussion.

Thats what a good poster does he makes other posters better
