i think its partly by design to limit turnovers, but its like chuck said 'you can't play not to lose'.

I use to think it was just a Derozan thing, give it to him end of quarter and let him iso and do whatever (which about 99% did not end up in anything that looked like a good look), and even when Lou Williams was on this team, same thing. This time, the last play of the 1st quarter was run by Cory Joseph and again, no real movement leading to a bad look for T-Ross. It seems like at most, there's one guy setting a screen while the 3 other guys just stand around not doing much. I don't get how off the ball player movement won't help, like if you have the 3 other guys moving, it could potentially cause the defense to shift and move, which could open up space for the guy with the ball or to pass it to an open teammate.
