Nuggets other than Murray haven’t played great in 2nd quarter but seems like refs are siding with the Lakers. Murray not getting to the line despite getting hacked while Lakers getting ticky tack calls. Anyways Jokic needs to step up and Nuggets need more production from role players.

Joker been bad on offense and defense.

Foul trouble made him even more tentative on D. He has to be better on one side of the ball for them to win this.

he is not going to score much this game. he is a seeing a body when he makes a move. And that body is usually AD lol.

He also isn't the type of player that takes low quality shots on doubles/help. He moves the ball even though a shot for him probably better in some of these scenarios.

I get that but he has to force the issue a bit more. Look to score, then pass rather than just get rid of it.

Some were saying, like Jalen Rose, the Lakers should make Jokic a scorer, single coverage and stop the others. But they're going the other way. He's averaging 30 these playoffs, needs to get closer to that tonight
There goes my hero. Watch him as he goes.

yea, Joker just not that type of player. He is not an aggressive scorer if he doesn't think it's the best route. From the 3rd Q in game 1 that help defense has messed up his aggressiveness. I saw him pass the ball to Jeff Green in the corner when he was 10 foot from the rim on a post up with help d.

he was still really good in game 2 playmaking and rebounding, he isn't doing that this game. He has to be better.

Aaron Gordon makes me appreciate Scottie more. Even tho he can't shoot, he can still create advantages with the ball in his hands.

Gordon looks scared **** out there.

Jokic still struggling. If it was Embiid we'd be questioning his MVP credentials. He's been so great all playoffs that this game is standing out as not great.

Not over yet though

Makes me appreciate OG even more you could put him on anyone in the league and he'll either shut them down or limit them heavily

oh brother. OG is good on D but do people still not know what team D is?

Murray was making pull up 3's. Defense don't have much effect on that type of shots. he literally made 2 on AD contests.

Cept for Lavine.

OG always guarded DeMar. He would have shut down Lavine if Nurse so chose

Nah, OG switched on to him in the 2nd half but it was too late by then. Lavine was on a heater.
