Bilal will be the one that jumps up into the lottery, not Klintman.

I prefer to keep OG and move Pascal, any stomach for Poole/Kuminga/#19/future frp?

No thanks to Poole...I would want 3 First rounders just to absorb that contract.

If the Warriors offered that last off-season we’d probably all jump, but not anymore. The Warriors don’t have the assets needed to get Pascal anymore.

I know he had a down year shooting but I chalk that up to Green and he checks a lot of the boxes. Anyways, probably not enough for PS anyways.

Cason Wallace gives me backup PG vibes. I would feel much better about him if he could shoot.

Pretty good comps actually, I feel like Walker probably could be more on the wing than Mcdyess ever could tho

In Raptor Ball I Trust

Good gamble late 2nd or undrafted would be Terrence Shannon Jr. Poor role last 2 seasons. Not sure about intensity/effort but plus athlete.
Organization can be defined as an organized body of people with a particular purpose. Not random.

I really like him because he went from a defensive stopper type at Texas Tech to being an offensive focal point at illinois. He also had a good run of making threes early in the season and then tailed off.
Getting him as an undrafted free agent would be a smart gamble. He is strong and athletic enough to get to the rim. He will be a terror in transition with no take fouls. Not sure if the shot ever comes around, but stick him in G-League and see if he figures things out.

Jarrett Culver was drafted #6 overall.

Bob Myers may leave the Warriors as their GM (press conference is this week), so I really wonder their direction if he does leave. I think they have Mike Dunleavey Jr. ready to step-up but he could be the (fall) guy facing the tough decisions. I think they have to go young at some point and I have long said that Poole is part of any rebuild. Here is what Dunleavey Jr. said about Poole this past year:
I'd imagine without Myers it would mean GSW transitioning away from Draymond Green who is a free agent, and Klay Thompson and his $40m expiring deal. This is a team that has overspent for years being the luxury tax and they just had a bad season where they looked worse than the Lakers and their own ageing MVP Lebron.

Jarrett Culver was drafted #6 overall. He shot 38% from 3 as a freshman and shot only 31% as a sophomore but was still highly ranked.
I personally don't think Culver is half the athlete as Terrence Shannon Jr when he has the ball. TSJ has one definable NBA skill being a on-ball creator who can get to the rim. I think everyone is still waiting on Culver to show any skill.

If we don't get a Scoot or Bufkin, dont know where we going to get guard play next season. FVV @30M seems unlikely with new tax apron

They can't do a full rebuild with Curry, but they can't trade him either.

Re: 2023 Draft Discussion Part 5
Idk nothing about Cason intrigues me. He isn't a bonafide PG either so I'd rather get the scoring combo guard that can pass a little than the decent connecting passer that doesn't have that many self creation skills. Maybe I'm missing something there for why he's mocked so high
With Scottie as the "pg" of our future, we don't need a real PG, only a guy that can shoot, put pressure on the rim and make the right play
