Re: General NBA Discussion Thread
@Sca
Basic stats are always relevant as Stausksas can still not play even on the Sixers with all those opportunities. (can the player show some consistency?!)
TW played at a high-level (was not hard to tell by looking at him play) - not anybody can just score, rebound and pass in this league at such a young age. "No Boys Allowed" for a reason
No reason he cannot develop further like Cojo did as he is 2 years younger.
He was a first round pick for a reason as a freshman:
Pac Freshman of the year, All Pac first team .....

1 Cleveland Cavaliers
2 Atl
3 Raps
4 Mia
5 Orl
6 Chi
7 Pacers
8.Det
The standings have been changing on a daily basis.
Unless we make a huge trade (DMC) while keeping DD and Kyle, at this point, I cannot see us beat Mia, Chi and Pacers in the first round.
too difficult playoffs matchups

- Gasol, Butler, Rose then Noah, Gibson,Mirotic, (Portis), Hinrich, (trade rumours aside) that's a lot of experience there
- Paul George, Monta, Hill , well-known Raptor killer Miles. Stuckey can be difficult to deal with.
I can understand your opinion about beating the Pacers but the Bulls though! In the playoffs? with that current bulls roster? I would say ZERO chance if Thibs was still their coach! zero!

They need to stop scheduling boring games like this for Christmas. Who tf wants to watch the Pelicans on Christmas? Why not Raptors vs Wiz/Heat??

American airlines is so blatant with their fake crowd chants. They don't even pretend to make it realistic.

Thibodaeau is gone though. Chicago has regressed this year. Noah is old, Gibson meh, rumors has it butler is disgruntled etc....
They have just as much problems as us

Portis was the BPA and fit our positional need at the 5, that's not an indictment against Delon. I hope he goes into this years draft with an actual plan...
