I suspect that has more to do with how flaming ass Orlando is on offense than anything else, but he's certainly a good player with a lot of potential. Especially, as you say, if he sorts his jumper.

What stands out to me is the difference between him and Paolo for those numbers. Franz is at a +9.3 in on/off per 100 in his career while Paolo is at -4.8 in on/off per 100. That's a crazy difference. I would guess it looks like that because they stagger lineups where one of them is always on the floor, but it's insane how much better they are with just Franz than just Paolo.

I don't really see too many similarities between them at all.

Franz started out ok from 3 in his career but is <30% 3pt the last two years, and I'm not convinced Barnes is better on D, Franz being massive at SF seems like an advantage on that end and his on/off on D is good. His 24ppg speaks for itself but the skillset doesn't seem that far from Barnes and Jalen Johnson power wing inside the arc type of game. I believe Barnes is more talented playmaker.

I'm glad MIA is content with being mid, I was slightly worried Silver would award them Flagg for the Jimmy drama nvm being one of their more "popular" franchises.

Sigh, I hated that Davion Mitchell trade and it looks like like that shot is looking more legit. I hope we can find a way to sign him again. I would have started him with IQ. Was one of my favourite players this season. He gave serious Lowry vibes while here on defense.

Nah I simply don't agree with that. I think this FO would've loved to develop MB especially when they hadn't acquired Ingram as yet.

Unless the Bulls jump into the top 4 * knock on wood*, I'd be hella annoyed if I were a Bulls' fan with yet another mediocre season. Feels like they've been mid since Rose got hurt which is a lifetime ago now.

It makes sense though. Otherwise they will owe unprotected picks in 2026 and 2028. That would be much worse imho.

It’s funny because I didn’t think the bulls were tanking but maybe they tanked the play-in game they’re far better doing that.

Some owners just can't resist extra revenue from the play in and playoffs. I know this as a Canucks fan. Which ironically makes it more challenging to make the playoffs lol. At least they have some impressive players now in White and the rook. Moving off of LaVine. Missing the playin is for the best. I'm not sure where they will draft now. Looks like 11th if the Mavs make it. Not the worst place to be.
