His picks are disgusting and he still manages to dominate the glass and paint. Although I doubt he manages to do so against nba players simply because he doesn't put enough effort into what he is doing. He's gotten better at positioning defensively but lacking some serious fundamentals. The anti Jonas imo. His passing though for a big man is remarkable.
As for UNC I think I'm bad luck, the first game of HB i tune into in about a month and its been disgusting. He did attempt to drive the ball and was able to use his body to shield the ball and get into the paint. Missed the shot but baby steps I guess... I wonder who would look better in the nba Lamb or Barnes... I think Lamb
Drummond's motor is the only thing that destroys him. I don't even know if all those lack of serious fundamentals were result of immaturity or being new to the game cos he's definitely not raw and has a good bbiq from the games I've seen this season. But just imagine him with Blake Griffin's motor, heck, even with an Amir motor too is good enough to help D12 to destroy every game. Dude just doesn't know how extremely talented he is. His offensive skillset is already looking advanced, its just the mental state but I'm happy that uconn is looking to go to him on offense abit more.
Yeah you're cursing Barnes for sure lol. I think Lamb has the upper hand in the NBA cos Lamb is equally as good on ball or off ball. Even if he struggles handling the ball in his first rookie season cos I think a lot of good ball handler struggles first year then improves, but so even if Lamb struggles at that he's still good enough to score using screens since he's already a good spot up shooter or slashing to the bucket.
Barnes's taking it babystep, one thing about Barnes is he has a really good body control, if he's able to drive consistently he'll be able to finish through contact extremely well. He's already used to the half court set in UNC so if he plays for raps he'll have good idea how to utilizes those half-court sets (where to spotup, where or when to drive etc) and if Jose stays (i pray not) I can see him passing the ball alot more to Barnes (like he does to butler or JJ

) than to Demar.
