If the rest of the road trip is ugly Casey will most likely be fired to buy BC some time, and allow him to make up some more excuses.

Sources say Raptors GM Bryan Colangelo has shown no willingness to part with Bargnan

If WAS/CLE weren't dealing with injuries, Raps would be dead last in the conference. Hope Wall and Irving come back soon!!

I actually think BC can't fire Casey because he's doing what BC wants him to do: play Bargs (to justify his selection) and Jose (to justify the contract). Also the team isn't getting blown out. The team's losing close games because there's not enough talent on the team. If BC fires Casey I think it'll make BC look bad (I'm sure Casey will let the coaching community know what happened) and he'll have trouble hiring another coach.

In some ways, I kinda feel Bargnani doesn't deserve all the hate he gets. It's the management and coaches who should get the most hate now.

They gave him a role and CONTINUE to give him a role that's not fit for Bargnani and for the whole team.

Should we blame Bargnani? when management kept telling him that he's a star and to keep shooting.
-that he's a #1 option on offence
-that he should get 35+ minutes.

It's BC that should be blamed. Bargnani probably just believed everything BC was telling him. BC, after all, is a persuasive salesman.

It's up to management/coaching staff to decide what role should be given to Bargs. Unfortunately, they gave him too big of a role based on his #1 draft pick selection.

BC DEFINITELY needs to be fired.
Prediction
Spurs in 7. Parker MVP. Lebron 6-17fg, 18pt, 8reb, 5 asst in game 7 LOSS.
The Heat will choke!

I think if the team loses out the road trip there's a solid chance of him being fired. They will be 4-18 and will have lost 11 of 12 games. That's basically the nadir
It's going to be a glorious day... I feel my luck could change

Sad to say, it might be best to hope the team does terribly on this road trip (like go winless) so his ass is out the door. Get rid of this snake-oil man once and for all.
