kyrie know the nets wont extend him and IF they resign him in the offseason it will at a discount or very short term
other teams with cap room wont have interest in him
trying to orchestrate his way onto the lakers now so they have bird rights on him.

Gonna be interesting to see how this impacts the trade market for Fred.

Kyrie is obviously the better player but also comes with way more baggage. I don’t anticipate many contenders wanting to trade for Kyrie right now

If we wanted to fix some mistakes, gain a lot of cap flexibility to re-sign guys, and fill another teams needs....

This one trade sheds $27 mil off the books. Cleveland would get the wing depth they need.

Idk about that. Doubt the teams that were rumored to be interested in Fred (phx, Orlando, Clippers, etc) are gonna be looking at Kyrie. I think Lakers are the only team who’d be open to Kyrie and that’s strictly due to desperation and getting rid of Westbrook
