well break the record for most points given to the opposing team

And tie the 65 year old NBA record for most white dudes in a starting lineup with 4...

After a couple of games from the Cavs/Buls series, I would love to have a frontcourt composed of hustling bigs like Noah and Varejao, and Lee comes very close to those two. Add a re-signed Amir Johnson to the mix and a frontcourt rotation of Lee/Amir/Bargs (after a determined and grueling defensively-trained offseason) could be one of the most underrated frontcourts next season.

Ann S&T with New York alone though would suck.
#Raptors are 7-1. In 6 of the past 10 seasons, a team that has started a season 7-1 has gone on to win an NBA championship.

An important point too. Odds are more likely that Bosh would be traded to the West.

+1,000,000

I don't care if its the only trade available I wouldn't take Lee.
Imagine Lee, Bargs, Jose and Hedo all at 9 million + a year?

I'd rather send Chris to New York than Miami. He's not going to win anything there either unless Wade or Lebron follows him.

I want to see this trade just for the pure comedy that will ensue on the Knicks board. Knicks fans already think Gallo is better than Rose and Steph Curry, and if he's a throw in on a sign and trade...man that'll be hilarious to watch.

The original blog by Doug mentioned Lee and a a possible nice piece(speculated to be Gallo). The new article only mentions Lee

If Bosh wants to go to the Knicks (speculation that his GF works for the Knicks and is NY based), then there is nothing that BC can do about it. He either works out a sign and trade and gets some assets (TPE,players, picks) or loses osh for nothing.

Lee, Gallo, Hedo, and Bargs together would probably be a disaster, but it's not a horrible return for Bosh. At least Gallo and Lee should both have decent trade value, we could probably move at least one of them quickly for a decent return. I too much rather send Bosh to NY than Houston, Chi, or Miami.

I'm laughing my ass off just thinking about a Lee/Bargs front court.

Lee for Bosh is probably as good a return as you can hope for since CB holds all the cards.
Obviously, if you get Lee for Bosh though you need to trade one of Lee or Bargs (lets be honest here...that would probably be Lee). You cant have a Bargs + Lee frontcourt.

Maybe he is a nice person and made a few friends over the course of the last few years.

More like he just wanted to show that he's not an a-hole. Remember that he was rubbed the wrong way by Bargs a while ago, and ended up getting in Bargs' face. He acted pretty immature then, he was probably just making up for that and playing off that.

bosh is an UNRESTRICTED free agent. he's gonna dictate where he goes...not us. if he goes to BC and says "I want to go to NY" then we have to go with it. We have no say where he ends up.

Bosh for Lee straight-up is horrible. Bosh and Turkoglu for Lee and Gallinari would be somewhat more palatable because Gallo is a legitimate prospect and the Raptors would be rid of Turk's contract. If this is the best offer BC gets... whaddya gonna do?
