Lowry always plays well at the end of games when the game is out of reach. This is one consistent with him. I remember game 4 blow out in Washington he had like half of his series points in the final 2 minutes in garbage time.

If we get good game from Cory we probably win this game. Our bench got outplayed. Casey tried no Lowry with bench for awhile, and that tanked. I was of the mindset we should reduce his minutes in favor of Cory, but that is not going to work. Casey is right we ride and die with Lowry. I just hope he forgets about shooting and starts doing other things like playing D.

JV just manhandled his match up. Lowry needs to step up just 10% better than horrible and this team wins. On to game 2.

I left to get food and missed the buzzer beater, on my walk back I literally heard 5 separate neighbors screaming.

I cannot understand how Demar and Lowry stans can continue to somehow justify these two players. And especially God damn Casey, for somehow still riding them when they are costing us multiple possessions with ill advised shots, and careless plays.

I'm sick of it. At least 2 of those 3 need to be gone from this team before next season begins. I know Lowry is still under contract, so the most feasible would be letting Demar walk, and firing Casey.

At this point, there can be absolutely no rebuttal to the contrary.

Casey isn't throwing awful passes and missing good looks.

what passes and good looks? The 4th Q was contested shot after contested shot

Well we scored 27 points in that quarter and shot the exact same percentage as Miami throughout the game. Miami shoots 73% from 3 and we shoot 24%. That's your ball game right there. Lowry (like all playoffs) is missing wide open threes like there's no tomorrow. Patterson missed threes he usually hits. Just like the pacers series when they shot god numbers from 3, it isn't sustainable and it proved to be that way st the end of the series.

Another positive? That was Lowrys worst game of the entire playoffs and that's a special low to hit.

When Val wasn't on the court tonight we got anihalated, biz played terrible.

Props to Miami, in OT they hit some really really tough shots.

Miami is very off-and-on. Tonight was an off night and we still couldn't take advantage. We're toast if Lowry doesn't become Kyle Lowry again.

Ill be glad when hes gone. 5 ISO possessions run for him in overtime and was useless on all of them.

Should Casey Have Went To Hack-A-Whiteside Earlier In The Game

Post#153 » by Risk101 » Wed May 4, 2016 3:07 am

He went 3-6 from the line but had we used the hack earlier in the game I'm almost sure he would have missed alot more then he would have made.

Leave it to Casey. I can't believe he has legit supporters on the board still. It's embarrassing.

Very similar to the wiz series last year. This looks like a sweep.

Vintage Defumble. He played about as decent as a Derozan game could be though.

Really shows how much we rely on Lowry to carry this ugly ass offense. Frustrating **** man. Lowry should just flat out say he's hurt it's killing us. We would've won this game easily with Lowry in top form. Easily.

Demar had a stretch in the 4th where he was playing well, then that all evaporated in OT. Lowry... hit that one shot and was otherwise trash. I don't know what the heck they were doing overall in OT, but none of it was good.

JV was awesome. Carroll contributed and was hustling hard. Powell had a rough night but had a few plays. Ross had a big TOV, but otherwise actually had a big night inside of the arc. Same deal with CoJo. Lowry was dreadful. Demar was... not good, overall, and then totally tanked out at the end of OT. Lowry and Ross were a combined 3/14 from 3, Patterson and Powell 0/3. So that's 3/17 right there, leaving only Carroll's 2/4 otherwise. That hurt, a lot, particularly with Demar and Ross blowing 4 FTA.

So much of that game was just sooooo ugly.
