I often see Magic fans saying that they are on a 9 game home winning streak. I looked it up and found that from those 9 wins, 7 are versus sub .500 teams (Hawks & Knicks twice each!)

And all 9 were must-win games. If Orlando had lost 1 of those games, it was lottery-ball season for the Magic.
Plus: the Hawks closed very strong.
(but the Knicks played 3 on 5 ball, with their mascot as a key 6th-man; so that's a fair point).

I'm pretty confident that will work in our favour. There's too many outlier stats going against us in the first two games.

If we shoot half-decent and don't let any scrubs go off and get 5+ more FTAs I think that should equal a W.

If the Raptors are up big at half-time, pay close attention to Tony Brothers’ whistle in the 3rd quarter. He’ll call a bunch of fouls on the Raptors to get the other team back in the game.

This. It's sad where we have to partly focus on these refs' foul calling to look for patterns or obvious bad calls. And Tony Brothers is supposed to be a Christian who cites the Bible as his favourite book yet he can be a not so honest ref at times.

probably right but the Raptors would be better off in a game with offense flow than the Magic. A disjointed, foul heavy, halfcourt slog is more up the Magic's alley regardless of who the calls favour overall. With tonight's crew, I anticipate a few calls in our favour that negate easy transition opportunities.

I'm interested to see how Orlando adjusts in Game 3. I'm expecting more cuts from Issac and trying to get Vucevic going in the pick and pop. On defense I see them trying to double Kawhi, but I don't see how effective that's going to be. I'd be countering that with a Gasol/Leonard screen action essentially putting the defense in a 4 on 3 situation with Gasol picking them apart with his passing and 3 point shooting. What will make it even more effective is if Siakam and Green start hitting their 3s. At the point Orlando has no way of slowing us down.
