The only game where the Bucks legitimately beat us was Game 2. Other than that...we were in on every other game and pulled out 4 wins in a Row.

And that was all without Kawhi even being the biggest factor in the Bucks series. He was playing hurt. Lowry/FVV/Powell/Siakam/Ibaka/Gasol all had the same, if not more, of an impact than Kawhi in the Bucks series.

THe only game where Kawhi truly showed out in the Bucks series was game 5 in Milwaukee. Other than that, he was extremely mediocre that whole series.

To me, Kyle Lowry was by far the MVP of the Milwaukee series

Man if Kawhi stayed we would have dusted every team in the league. We would have been the overwhelming favourites. I'm still pissed he didn't run it back for at least 1 more year.

I understand where you're coming from....but I feel like if they make it back to the NBA finals this year....it's gonna mean so much more.

I think that's really what's fueling the Raps this year...is that they're pissed that everyone is under the assumption that Kawhi carried them the whole way and that without him they're nothing.

There were rumors this past summer that certain players deep inside didn't actually want Kawhi to come back because of how much attention he was swaying away from the contributions of everyone else on the team.

But we wouldn't have the money for McCaw... (also Stanley and RHJ). Probably let Green walk anyways.

PG Lowry - FVV - Davis
SG Kawhi - Powell - Thomas
SF OG - Kawhi - Powell
PF Siakam - OG - Kawhi
C Gasol - Ibaka - Boucher

:o It just looks so amazing as OG missed the whole playoffs last summer!

Then 2021...

PG FVV - Lowry
SG Kawhi - Davis
SF OG - Powell
PF Siakam - Giannis - OG
C Giannis - Gasol - Boucher

:o :o

Bucks down 22 at the half vs PHX without Giannis

1 injury, albeit to their MVP, and they crumble

we are the better team

that roster would be stacked....you have 6 players that are capable of scoring 20 points on any given night.....as time goes on people will appreciate the 2019 Raptors more and realize how special that team was

Peeps give to much credit to LA teams. Full healthy Raptors team is pretty much unbeatable in playoff series. You have Kyle Norm OG Pascal Gasol as starters and FVV Ibaka TD will destroy any bench in the league. Our depth is our strength

Supposedly only 2-3 games only. Meanwhile, how many of our key players have missed 10-20+ games? Third best record still. That's why I'm not worried about our bad record against teams over 500 up until this point, because not many of those games were with a healthy team.

If the Raptors manage to get by the Bucks there’s a good chance they have home court advantage vs the Clippers and a good chance they don’t vs the Lakers. I’m not sure how much it matters though since last year they won 3 road games in the finals.

Nah. The Bucks have no other reliable star to support Giannis during the playoffs. Middleton folds and Bledsoe completely disappears like he did against the Lakers. The Clippers and Lakers are above them imo, talent trumps everything

If the Raptors didn't barely pull out game 3 of the ECF last year, the Bucks would have won the NBA title and this narrative would be completely different.

Make no mistake about it, they're an exceptionally good team with a far better system and more overall depth than either the Lakers or Clippers.

This is a stupid argument.

You can say the same thing about the Bucks barely pulling out a Win in game 1 off Lopez's lucky ass night where he couldn't miss a single shot.

Raps outplayed the Bucks in game 1. So if you wanna make the argument the Bucks shouldve had game 3, than the Raps should've had game 1...and we're still back in the same situation.

Bucks outside of Giannis are still on the fence in terms of star power. Middleton and Bledsoe are known to choke

What's a stupid argument is trying to suggest the Bucks aren't an elite team because Middleton and Bledsoe are known to choke. They're a 65 win team who were a game away from probably winning the NBA Finals last year with those guys choking. What if they don't this time?

It would be ridiculous to write them off or suggest they are somehow lesser than the Lakers or Clippers (who both have little depth and no playoff pedigree whatsoever).

OKC with a big FT discrepancy... Celtics are set up nicely to get gifted some FT's here to make up the 11 FTA gap

Raptors would never get that Smart call overturned in a million years. Completely changed this game too.
