Honestly, if he can shoot mid 30s on wide open 3s, he’s a perfect fit next to Fred.
When will we just change the name of 25 of the 30 teams to the Washington Generals?

Please advise….

I was thinking, in a few years will we be debating, Barnes or Banton?

I think I've finally let go of Sonny Weems.

The only downside with Banton is that he's been sporadic, it'll be nice to see him string a few of these together.

idk if this is true but thats crazy that it takes dragic telling nurse what to do...

i feel like lowry shouldve done this last year and demoted himself to the bench... too much pride though...

If this is true, that's a classy thing to do. It wasn't that Dragic sucked, he just didn't fit. We don't need two short veteran PGs at this point in our trajectory.

And yes, I have thought for a long time that either Fred or Kyle should have seen that the team would have benefited, in certain games against long and tall teams, if one of them came off the bench.

honestly the one game he carried us through an offensive droubt by getting layups and using his shot fake to create the space

he is a good escape valve for our offense and hes been taking way less off balance jumpers like he did last year

he is bought into the system, he said all the right things at media day - just putting his head down and getting better in as many aspects of the game as he can

The only thing about Trent i do not like is that he says, "This team." I want him to say, "Our team."

Dragic just looks out of shape tbh, he's been a step slow all pre-season right up till now. He was even blowing off the pre-season in interviews saying that he was a veteran and would play harder when the season starts. Well, it's started and he hasn't.

Is he purposely trying to tank his value and either demand a lesser return in a trade OR force the team to buy him out?

Drafting BJ Boston would've been nice to go along with Banton and Barnes. Not only the triple B's moniker, but he fits a need and is still in the long lanky mold that we have pursued.

On another note. Trent's a better defender than Norman, so that trade is a win for us when you factor in the youth side of it as well.

Dragic is totally not needed, get a 7footer instead.

Svi is good, but he's not as smart as he needs to be.

Yuta is going to have to be aggressive on offense when he returns

Also looking for Delano highlights from tonight. Might have to wait till YouTube posts it.

Boston would have been a perfect draft.

I think yuta ends up taking Svi spot much better defender and his shooting has really come around

I don't think so, he's just a slow starter. Some guys don't stay in peak shape all year, he seems like the kind who play themselves into shape.

I bet he's been like this in Miami.

If Banton continues on this upward trajectory, within a season or two he will be offically part of our starting core.

Barnes dominates the game in so many ways that don't show up on the boxscore even in a game where he had a crazy stat line.

Props to Nurse, which NBA coach would play a 2nd round rookie over a vet like Dragic
