That stat is telling you they suck with this advantage. Anyway, when you get to talking about fake wins and real losses I think you just can't enjoy the team anymore. Good teams win, bad teams lose. It's that simple.

It's not telling me that. It's screaming small sample size, or that the timing of the samples is misleading.
"You are what your record is" makes no sense in the context of a season where there have been injuries, possible chemistry issues, and bad usage of players which (at least in Scottie's case) may be corrected going forward. And starting Monday, Raps play 5 games in the next 7 days. If we only win 2 of them, what does it even mean? Should that be lumped in with the otherwise sub-par body of work this season.
Teams need to be relatively rested and play real, relatively rested competition before they can be judged fairly, allowing management to make an easy buy or sell decision at the deadline. The NFL used to be like that, then they screwed things up by getting greedy with the Thursday games. This NBA season seems crazier, more injury prone and even less consequential than the Covid seasons. As I've said in other threads, my 10 years of helping to subsidize all this by buying seasons tickets may be coming to an end. The regular season means absolutely nothing - sweet FA. Wake me up when the playoffs start.
