I switched to a regular stream, because the LP stream was too choppy.

Yep, does for me now.

All I had to do is disable HotSpot, before clicking on "WATCH".

Can't seem to get the free preview. Is this offer only valid in North America? I'm in Asia. Every time I click on the [sign up now] button at [http://www.nba.com/leaguepass/online.html], nothing happens. Help appreciated.
Thanks.

I don't think it will work if you're in Asia. Where in Asia are you? The NBA is offering an international version of the league pass. Im in Asia as well and it's being offered where I am. I signed up for the season league pass in SD since I have a slow connection. It cost me $60 and I watched the Memphis game, no lag, no buffering and a very good quality picture. Way better, and I really do mean above and beyond, the quality of streams being offered around the net. The bonus is that more likely then not we'll get Raptors games since most are not shown on TV, hence no blackouts

Hope that helps.

I finally bit the bullet last night and purchased league pass. How many others signed up too?

Did the free preview end for anybody?

I remember last year they forgot to cancel mine and I ended up having free league pass for about a month after it was supposed to end..

Hopefully the same thing happens..

Anyone that purchased LPB, please let us know if you can watch Raptors games locally with Hotspot. I'm interested in purchasing it but mainly interested in watching the Raptors.

+1 I would like to know the same thing. It didn't work for me during the free preview when I tried Hotspot, but I had signed up with a Canadian IP address. I'm thinking to try signing up with a US IP address and then use Hotspot.

It just really sucks that with the technology available, those of us who don't own tvs CANNOT watch our team play legally.

I would GLADLY pay for such an option, a lot more than I was willing to pay for Raps TV when I used to get it.

It pisses me off and forces me to go 'underground'.
