I am not sure if all my media algos are targeted to the max but I am getting served up so much Scottie Barnes hype. I love it. Can't wait for the season to start.

Re: Official Scottie Barnes Thread 3
I thought Scottie was the strongest guy on the team as a rookie. I can recall possessions where he bumped guys like Jokic, Embiid, Cousins off their spot legally i.e not lowering his shoulder and bowling into them. He's gonna be a load to handle.

He’s MUCH stronger than Pippen, Pipp didn’t do half as much around the rim & paint as Barnes does. Said it before but Scottie is looking like a Malone meets Magic type of player so far…
David Thorpe (who loves Scottie) opined that it's possible Scottie never hits 25 PPG and he isn't necessarily the type of guy who looks to score first. So here's kind of an interesting question - what is the absolute best a non-C can be in today's NBA without being an elite scorer? In recent decades, you're pretty much talking Magic & Pippen - maybe JKidd?

He also adds the amount of mouths to feed in our starting 5 also contributes to that as well. Again he was averaging 17.7 points after the all star break. Better handle and shot and he can his 20 for sure.

Yeah, I heard that and he also knows Barnes the best, but I think Barnes will get close to that number. He averaged 17 without having much of an offensive game. I see him like a Jokic who will eventually realize he needs to take on the #1 scoring role.

Man that was awesome
It was funny to see the non-Raptor guys at what was essentially a team practice. Olynyk, Haliburton, Metu and Brissett working out like they're part of the squad haha

LOL yeah that was weird because that literally was the Raptors Summer League practice in Vegas where I'm sure Indiana, Sacramento and Detroit also had practices for their own teams too. It's cool that all those clips were of Scottie working out at the beginning of July, and that meant he's been doing this almost every day comparing to the recent clips of him in runs.

Great channel! Scottie scoring on Precious the way he did was VERY impressive. I think Scottie’s offensive game is gonna shine next year, it’s not supposed to be easy scoring on Precious. Also if the raps battle like that in practice everyday, everyones only gonna get better.
