Don't know about his NBA upside but Proctor has really delivered today.

Looking at Filipowski today and calling him soft makes zero sense. He’s taking an absolute beating from Plavsic and fighting through it. He’s easily a first round talent skill wise as well as when it comes to toughness and it’s quite obvious.

Or maybe he's extremely callous. The fact that he didn't think to change his pregame celebration indicates he's a high end moron.

Twist it however you want, but the fact remains that he’s a monster on the court and has raised his level of play when faced with adversity. Greatness.

Didn't he score 0 points in his first march madness game.

I'm playing, I do think B Miller will be just fine mental wise after that incident. Humans are pretty adept at compartmentalizing.

Cool. The kid whose mother died has actual adversity to deal with. His greatness is just forgetting he was a part of that. It's gross to glorify him.

Yeah lol that first game was straight trash, but his body of work tells me that he’ll be fine

He didn’t kill that kids mother, Darius Miles did. It’s not gross to glorify his on court accomplishments. Get off your soap box.

Agreed. Basketball wise, he's a fantastic prospect.

As a human ? I think he's a POS.

Talent > morality when it comes to sports though and he's got TALENT.

Duke guards ignoring Whitehead, pure tunnel vision.

He has gotten bullied on the court all year. You're calling a 44% shooting 7 footer who shoots 29% from downtown who isn't a good interior defender and turns the ball over like a madman a first round talent skill wise. Think about that for a second. It "makes zero sense".

Lively on the other hand has a few legitimate abilities where he can make his money in the NBA vs. NBA competition.

I thought Darius Miles gave his gun to a guy who killed them.

Problem with Lively is that he's a complete zero on offense. He's got to emulate Mitch Robinson and hope he lands on right team.

That's why I see him as a niche player as an interior defender on an NBA bench but he can be really effective in that capacity. I still feel that's the most that is going to come out of Duke's draft class this year. Whitehead doesn't really intrigue me much.

In terms of 2nd round bigs I'm pretty intrigued by Adama Sanogo from Uconn. If he can develop a 3 point shot which he flashed a bit this year, you suddenly have a very interesting package. Dude is one hell of an intense player and competitor. He improved his game quite a bit from his sophomore to junior season.
